Okanagan - DuHaus Green

We were group of 9 people and this house has all amenities one can ask for.pool table room was super cool and will definitely come back to stay here when we plan next trip near kelowna or big white.

Ski in ski out, comfortable home, easy access to the village and great family atmosphere!

The property was simply awesome - everything as mentioned in the listing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable , Kitchen and dining room was more than sufficient. Blown away with the Pool Table and Pinball and Darts Lots of family fun for all ages. Love the movie theatre too ,,and Hot Tub,, ski in ,, we will be back

The whole Idea of going to Big White and skiing with the Family is amazing as it was . As for the Place it was very nice . The problem was , It is not very clear on the ad there is a place next door or worse right under you, it is not clear the pool room and the movie room is common this is not a problem as it is common , but needs to be posted so you know 100% what you are walking into. Having someone living under you is a problem for anyone as they live there and now you need to watch every move you do as in walking sound and any thing you want to do to be free and comfortable. This should be clear . We felt a little prisoner in our own place. As for the little things . The steps leading to the deck from the driveway should be clear and not covered with Ice and snow and because it is called a ski in and ski out there should be clear steps carved out of the snow to walk onto the ski path this is what you pay for. I have my own place I rent out . These things have to be taken care of especially if there is a tenant downstairs . The Chalet is very nice and beautiful but I would not go there again with a tenant so close right under you . thanks

TV and games room was an excellent addition for the rental unit, pool table, darts and space was used all the time with kids keeping occupied. Would rent again!

Property is beautiful. The lay out was beautiful and dining room was great idea for big families.

the place is fantastic, well appointed with lots of interesting wall signs and memorabilia, very spacious and comfortable with a terrific games room, a cooler for your pops, and movie theater for apres ski group or family entertainment; it's a bit of an uphill walk to the village center and may feel twice as long on the way back if it's late and dark and you're not sure of the way, so you may be inclined to stay in at nite. It can be a tricky place to find if you're not familiar with Big White as there are a few right turns with roadsigns indicating Snow Pines once you've turned off the main hwy and onto Snow Pines Road, so keep going til you see Snow Pines Cres which is the fourth sign, it's a ways down that road and the driveway is steep and narrow so parking can be an issue, especially if you are a larger party coming from different places, but the live in resident downstairs was extremely cooperative in helping make arrangements to fit us in. There are enough kitchen supplies to support a dozen people and everything electrical worked. It is ski in ski out but can be tricky and easy to miss if you're not familiar with the Big White hill and terrain. WiFi worked just fine, bbq and tv too but a few remotes to figure out if you're not technologically adept. The hot tub may be shared if the other side, which is private, is occupied, so that may need checking or influence your decision to book. Be sure to check that the access code in your initial check-in package is numeric, ours initially wasn't and upon enquiry was fortunately addressed the day of our departure. So be sure to DYDD before you go, and you'll have a terrific stay.... if the weather cooperates. The mountain is big, the lifts numerous and variety of runs is amazing and the snow can be too, but the regulars don't call it Big Whiteout for nothing.

We spent 4 days with a group of friends at this cabin and loved it. The game and Theater room is a huge bonus. We rented cabins at big white the last 10 years, this one was probably our favourite!
