Ohana means family in Hawaiian and you will have a relaxing time enjoying this property that is peached on the high side of Headland Drive, with spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach, and Gerroa hinterland.

Sleeping 10 guests across two levels this property can comfortably fit the whole family. The top level consists of an open plan, kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed with children bunk beds. Use the second sitting room to access the back deck and lower level through the external door. Downstairs is an additional open plan living and bed area with a lounge and ping pong table, separate bathroom, two king single beds in a loft area and a Queen Bed separated by a barn door.

For year-round comfort we have split system air conditioning upstairs keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also a wood fireplace in the living room. Downstairs there is an oil heater for the winter and a fan for the summer. All the doors and windows can be opened to catch the wonderful sea breeze.

Ohana is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Small dogs only
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Gerroa has lots of things to see and do including Seven Mile Beach, Blue Swimmer Cafe, local corner store and Gerroa Fisherman’s Club and all within walking distant of Ohana.

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

Peak Season:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 22-23 the changeover day is Thursday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.

    Excellent family sized accomodation that was immaculate inside. Slight let down due to outdoor cleanliness and furnishings on the magnificent view deck at the top of the property. Very relaxing holiday spot on the south coast. Quiet and relaxing.

    Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. My wife and I, our three kids and our bulldog had an absolutely amazing stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, Netflix, loved sitting out on the Veranda with a cup of coffee and just enjoying the view. The backyard was lovely, well manicure and once at the top of the deck the view is amazing of 7 mile beach. Our bulldog Meeko had the house and the whole backyard to run around and we were glad that it was all fenced off. The cows at the back stopped to say hello or Moooooo! Lol! They even had a doggy bed, and bowls and water. Only couple of minutes to get to the beach, and had an awesome day at the beach and squeezed in some fishing as well. One day was pretty cold and raining and we couldn’t resist but light the fire, loved it! The house is absolutely gorgeous and we will definitely be back again. PS: thank you for the bottle of wine, that was a nice touch, I don’t drink but my wife loved it.

    This is a nice holiday house with a lovely view. The main house has been renovated. I was disappointed that the downstairs bedrooms was only accessible by an external staircase which makes it unsuitable for young children (if you want to put them down for the evening). I don't feel this was communicated in the listing, it certainly wasn't communicated by the agent when I collected the keys, I had to call and ask how to access downstairs (down the side of the house between two gates). In this age, collecting the keys from an agent is a hassle, a lock box or keyless coded entry should be used. BBQ and outdoor furniture was great. Kitchen well equipped. Good heated outdoor shower when returning from the beach. And finally, I really appreciate being able to bring my dog with me (backyard is secure and front balcony is secure).

    The house is exactly as advertised. Very well equipped, clean and tidy. The views from the deck at the top of th garden are great - we enjoyed a cheese platter and wine up there both days!

    I can't speak highly enough about this property and the booking experience that went along with it. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that had the same attention to detail as this property. The owners had thought of everything, including thoughtfully laying the fire ready to light (and leaving step by step instructions on how to lay the best fire!) and leaving us a lovely bottle of wine (very much appreciated on the first evening when I didn't manage to get to the bottle shop before it closed)! The kitchen was extremely well appointed and there were even dog bowls, a doggy bed and poop bags for our four legged friend! Our tween/teen kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs and there were board games and a ping pong table to amuse them. The beach and lovely little cafe were only a short stroll away. There wasn't any way to access the house without quite a few stairs, so be mindful of this if you have anyone with mobility issues. Spectacular views from the property and back deck and the cows just over the back fence were an added bonus. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay and we'd definitely like to visit again soon.
