Nice home and Great location for wedding at Primrose cottage. It had a lot of space for our bridal party.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for Our Work Trip!We stayed at this adorable home for a work conference—4 adults total—and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better: safe, clean, and within walking distance to great places to eat. The house itself was very well kept and had such a cozy vibe. We especially loved the backyard—it had the cutest picnic area and a fire pit, which made for some relaxing evenings.The neighborhood and town were both beautiful and clearly well cared for. Everything felt very safe and welcoming. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy from start to finish. We were all really happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

We came to Roswell for a family wedding. We stayed at Off Canton Cottage with our kids and grandkids and would recommend it to everyone. Super kid friendly our grandkids loved the playroom and play structure . Beautiful cottage with so much room for all my family. Thank you Josh and Anya

This property was wonderful!! Great experience all around. The owner was easy to communicate and response time was quick. We rented for my daughter and bridesmaids for the weekend. Perfect spot to get hair and makeup done and plenty of room to spread out and lighting was good. I want to come back again with my friends.

The hosts were accommodating to our unexpected early arrival. The house was absolutely everything we hoped for and more. Every room was exceptional. They provided lots of additional amenities. The neighborhood had a welcome and friendly atmosphere. Our other family members were able to secure a place a few doors down. The interior was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The bonus was the children’s playroom which provided hours of entertainment. Provided also was books, magazines and recommendations for local entertainment and dining. The outdoor space was fabulous providing a playground for the kids and a fire pit for the evenings. There was also an extra large table for outdoor dining. This was by far one of the best stays our family of 9 has enjoyed. We are grateful for our hosts who made our family wedding even more special.

We had a great stay at this house in Roswell. Great proximity to canton street and down town Alpharetta. Quaint and clean house with beautiful yard and outdoors space. We will return for another visit.

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. It is located near shops and great restaurants. The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very, very clean. Stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Plenty of room. Dining area perfect for our hair & makeup vendor. Backyard in full bloom. Gorgeous!

We loved the location of Off Canton Cottage for a 60th birthday celebration with old friends!! The weather didn’t cooperate (snow, ice, power outages…) but we were happy with our little getaway!

Our family (size 8) comfortably stayed the weekend at Off Canton Cottage and it was the perfect stay! Conveniently close to downtown Roswell and cozy amenities with an outdoor fire pit and upstairs bonus game room. We really enjoyed spending time together here. Josh (owner) was very communicative and we had everything we needed to stay in this nice, safe neighborhood. 5/5 recommend!

One of the nicer VRBOs I’ve stayed in around this price. Really liked how close it is to the downtown Roswell village area. Thank you for a great stay, will be back!
