Stayed Dec 6, 2024I stayed 6 night while waiting for my moving truck to arrive. I was able to work several days comfortably. Most importantly, the fenced yard was PERFECT for my two dogs. It was so easy to just let them out and not have to walk them like in a hotel. The space was generous for a one bedroom and the bathroom was great. .

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Would definitely stay again. It was exactly what was expected from the pictures and even roomier. Perfect spot to bring your pet and has anything you could ever need as far as amenities. My ONE suggestion is a mirror in the bedroom. Just easier to split getting ready when there's more than one person. That is so minor though to the overall quality of the rental. Great neighborhood and place! Brent was a great host. Available immediately (literally) if needed and invisible when not.

Stayed Feb 6, 2023This was one if the best seasonal rentals I have ever had. Would return again in a heartbeat! Hosts had just the right balance of being quickly responsive without intrusive. Very well maintained and clean property inside and outside. Enjoyed the patio and grill especially. Very comfortable stay with a nice athletic park and tennis courts near by and close to all needed amenities snd quick drive or bike ride to beaches.
