Stayed Nov 12, 2025The house is so clean and spacious. The area was safe and quiet. Damian was our host and he was responsive with our questions. We will definitely return and reserve this house.

Stayed Oct 20, 2025House was filthy and run down. Upon checking in the backyard was littered with beer bottles and socks. There was an empty waterbottle in the house, floors were dirty and there was a chunk of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling.Host was responsive but did not remedy issues. Bottles were not cleaned up until Wednesday (we checked in Monday). Hair on ceiling was never cleaned.Overall this was a terrible property and is very beat up in person. They should get a refund from their cleaner because they are not doing anything.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025Damian is an excellent host and very responsive. House was large enough to accommodate my family and grandkids. Large bedrooms, open and roomy living spaces. I liked that all we had to do was take out the trash, turn out the lights, and lock the house when we left. We weren't encumbered with any of the housekeeping duties like other places we stayed at. It's also conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future.
