The duplex room is private and has a private garage for the owner to store their valuable items. The room is an integral part of the house. Guests can use the huge, beautiful, and clean area. The room has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 people. The room has a total of 8 beds. Most of the amenities are in excellent condition and brand new. Please take excellent care of everything, as if it were your house. This house has 2 1/2 bathrooms. If you are contract workers from the oilfield and have a lot of valuable stuff, you can store it on the back patio or behind the fence; the community is safe. We have cameras installed on the driveway, back patio, and front door. I am friendly and family-oriented and will be able to help you clean the house if you have a longer stay.
