Stayed Jul 25, 2025Nice place to stay. Kids loved the hot tub! Had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt in responding when there was an issue with the hot tub. Short walk to the beach and beautiful view of the sun setting over the ocean.

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Our family of 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog enjoyed our stay at OctoMojo. The house was clean, but is showing some signs of wear. That's to be expected in these vacation homes, though; they seem to get hard use, especially the pet-friendly ones. The view was nice and the location was great. It's a very short walk to the beach. Chester's is also in walking distance, if you only need to grab a few things. The house was a comfortable size, with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was a little bit short on a few things - spoons, dish towels/rags, and measuring cups/spoons. No big deal, but just be aware if you are going to need those things. The dog run area was the perfect size and area for our dog (Frenchie). It was also clean. That impressed me because I always have to do pet clean up when arriving at a pet-friendly rental. The hot tub seemed to be well maintained and had a great view of the ocean. I needed to contact the owner shortly after our arrival. She responded immediately. This house is one of the best houses our family has used on our annual winter beach trip. We hope we can stay again next year.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023All in all a great place. Location is great. Having the grocery store so close is very nice. Property just needs a little TLC. Deck repair, curtains on the windows facing west. The afternoon and evening sun is just way too bright. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. I strongly recommend staying. Thanks.
