Good communication and was a great stay.

This is a beautiful home. The set up was perfect for our family. The furnishings were nice and the pool was perfect. But it wasn't clean. We are typically a “no shoes in the house” family, but after the first 12 hours, everyone's socks were absolutely filthy, so we wore our shoes after that. The rugs and flooring were especially bad. It also wasn't stocked with enough supplies. Each bathroom had a single roll of toilet paper and we were only left 4 laundry pods and 4 kitchen trash bags. It definitely wasn't enough to last 15 people an entire week, so we had to purchase our own. This place has huge potential, but really needs a thorough cleaning.

The house is very spacious, we had an issue with the dishwasher not turning on, we reached out the property manager and they offered solutions but was not able to resolve. They asked if they could send a tech to inspect but we didn't have the time to wait for someone to come and check it out with the activities we had planned. As we hand washed the sink wouldn't drain and the garbage disposal wouldn't turn on, we noticed it was unplugged and plugged it in but could not turn off the disposal and had to plug and unplug every time we need it to use. We had planned on grilling but the grill was dirty from previous guest so we left it alone, the fire pit upstairs also had missing knobs so we were not able to use it. Lots of minor issues that made the stay a bit inconvenient

Loved this property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The kids loved being in the bunk room together and the parents appreciated having king beds and attached bathrooms. The pool and hot tub with a tv close by was also a big hit. Thanks so much

We had a really great time. The house was clean and organized and had everything we needed. Red Sands was very responsive and great to deal with. The only complaint I would have is the patio chairs in the back are kind of broken and probably need to be replaced but that was a minor issue. Other than that everything was really great. We loved having out own private pool! Thanks for the great weekend!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home! Lots of space… lots of activities… great location! We will be doing this again!

The house was beautiful, well stocked and clean. I went for a girl's weekend where we wanted to sit by the pool and hot tub for days. The control panel for the pool wouldn't work, even when I reset it per the company. The company had to turn the heat on the hot tub for us, but after hours wouldn't respond. After use, it wouldn't keep heat. So other times the hot tub was lukewarm and the pool freezing. This was super disappointing. We specifically booked this one because of the private pool and spa.

Great property and great service from the staff. We didnt need much but when we had a question or a service need, they were right on it! Thanks for making our stay stress free.

This condo was perfect for our New Year vacation. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and furniture, grill, and of course the swimming pool is always the favorite spot. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood make it a place we'll remember.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The private pool was perfect for us to cool down and feel completely comfortable doing it. The whole place was very clean. Highly recommend this!

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and the beds were newer and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels to use and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and liquid hand soaps in all the bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the grill and patio was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again. It was an easy drive into Zion and close to grocery and dining. The neighborhood pool was fun for the kids for a change up from the one in our backyard. We even enjoyed s'mores one evening by the fire pit on the balcony.

This was the perfect weekend getaway home for our family! Lots of space… plenty of activities… Great area! It was perfect
