Stayed Jun 4, 2025Everyone at Red Sands in the office is wonderful to try to help you out, they work with you to try to help you get early check in if needed, they are there and ready to help if you have any situations, or any problems that need to be fixed, by time you leave there and talk to the office girls you know most of there names and they're almost more like friends than employees we've gone down there several years now, and if we go again it will be Octillo Springs. That was fair is so fun, and relaxing. And the pool is situated so that it is closely available to any of the rooms in Octillo Springs, love the place!

Stayed Jan 16, 2025We loved our place! Our only complaint would be it was a little bit cold in the condo. According to a message we got we were not allowed to mess with the air. However we were a little cold. Loved everything else and appreciate it!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was overall very good. It does need a deep cleaning(carpets, appliances, toilets, etc.). House was not very well stocked, not enough pans, plates/bowls, glasses, no tin foil, plastic wrap etc.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Fun stay for our kids while traveling for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the bunk room, gaming system, pool, and activities in the pool house. The property was beautifully designed and maintained. We will keep this property in mind for future visits to the area.
