Stayed Nov 6, 2025This condo unit was so comfortable, clean, and convenient. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and most of our games were at the Shivwits Legacy Fields outside Ivins, so this location for our family and many of the families from our team was perfect. The pool/hot tub and pickleball courts are great amenities, proximity to Harmons and a handful of restaurants (Meraki Greek Grill was our favorite) was a nice bonus, and the owners/managers were really helpful and communicative. We will definitely come back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024Property was very clean and thoughtful amenities provided such as the pool toys in the garage and lots of board games in the great room. The community pool is just outside the back door, which is a bonus if you want to use it, but be advised that the pool hours are 7am-11pm and it can be very loud inside the condo (especially the master bedroom) while people are using the pool. We stayed five nights over the 4th of July weekend and the pool was very busy with loud occupants during the entire time it was open. Also be advised that the master mattress is very soft and the secondary master has a large window that does not have a window covering (our daughter had to use an eye mask to sleep in there). The property manager was very responsive and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the property and would stay here again.
