Our stay was amazing! Quiet and peaceful with the beach right there! Our host was kind and the home had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the fact we could bring our pup with us to enjoy the vacation was the best. 6/5 stars!

The location & view of this house--unbeatable. Even in the variable weather of early winter on the coast, we felt very connected to the beach & ocean, both inside the house and out. That said, I have never before rented through VRBO and arrived to so little information on managing the space/equipment. The hosts have a single page on the property--nothing on managing the hot tub (which seriously needed a cleaning/refill) or even how to manage the temperature of the house (!!). As for accessibility, this house is moderately lacking. Little to no ventilation, lighting options are either dim or investigative (no in-between). No need to bring your squatty-potty; both toilets are 1980s kindergarten height (not exactly optional, and could be a major issue for someone with mobility/age/knee issues). That said, the living room furniture was great (supportive, cozy, ample). I've rented a dozen houses on PNW beaches over the years and this house is a grab bag of best and worst features. You get what you pay for, and beach view/access is worth a pretty penny. With minor adjustments, I would re-rent this property; without, probably not.

House was beautiful, clean and smelt good when we arrived. Was exactly what we expected when we got there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on their vacation

This house is an incredible getaway situated in a beautiful part of the coast. It has all the amenities you'll need for your stay including an awesome selection of kitchen utensils and appliances (we really like to cook), an unbeatable sunset view and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! We already want to go back! I highly recommend this house!

Nice pet friendly place with good beach access. We did expect the house to be stocked better for 4 adults and two kids with a 5 night stay booked. We had to purchase TP, Paper towels, seasonings, all basic condiments and we ran out of propane. Otherwise our stay was great!

Location was perfect. Right on the beach, also close to town and a great fishing spot. Home was fantastic 10/10

Check-in was great. The kitchen could use better cooking tools, such as a spatula for the kitchen and large spoons for stirring cooking food. The carpets were very stained and gave the place a feeling of not being very clean. The entire place could use some TLC. We stayed at Annie's about 10 years ago and it was wonderful. We would stay here again because of the access to the beach. We loved our time in Waldport.

Such a lovely wonderful stay!!! Loved every second of it. And the beds were especially comfortable, with the softest sheets. Annie was a great host!

Home is very close to a nice long beach. Weather was great, manager was very responsive and home was well stocked. We had a great time.

We stayed for several days to celebrate my birthday. The house was perfect for my husband and I as well as our two dogs. Loved our stay and hope to come back some day!

This was definitely one of my favorite getaways in recent years. The neighborhood was very quiet, the house was very charming and the view of the ocean from the living room was breathtaking. 10/10 would book again.

Comfy home but very musty and poor ventilation. We enjoyed the fireplace when the weather got rough! Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Very charming but tight space with teens! The beach is a short stroll across the sand.

My husband, 2 dogs and I were looking for a relaxing home on the coast for New Year's and we were so very pleased with this VRBO! It was magnificent! This home has the most amazing view and was quiet and peaceful. It was very well appointed and we could not have been more comfortable. Thank you for sharing this lovely home!

Very nice property and perfect for a girls weekend.

We arrived and found the house to be a little musty smelling and stained carpet. That being said, the location was amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked and the hot tub relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lovely property right on the beach. If your goal is to walk the beach on a daily basis, this is the place….neighborhood is fairly isolated, quiet. But you definitely need a vehicle for going to town and sightseeing. Sunsets were fantastic from partially enclosed deck.

It was the perfect cozy getaway. The house had everything we needed and it's in a great location. We loved that our furbabies were welcomed. The neighborhood is quiet and we hardly saw anyone on the beach. Annie was so nice and communicated quickly. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

We loved this property and the beach. It had everything we needed a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the best part was the views and the sand right at the back door. We felt like we had our own private beach retreat at Annie’s house.

It was a great place to stay and very comfortable

This location is superb and the views even from the house are wonderful. We were hoping for a beach fire, but too windy. We really enjoyed the indoor fireplace though. It was amazing to watch the fog roll in every day and also such easy access for beach walks. this section of the beach in waldport is so quiet and peaceful. Book this you cant go wrong.

Annie’s house was absolutely wonderful to stay at and centrally located in Waldport. Home was well-stocked and we loved our walks on the beach since the home was literally on the beach! We loved the hot tub too! Only issue we had was we couldn’t find another remote used to operate the TV so we couldn’t turn on the TV even though it’s listed as an amenity. Also encountered spiders in the bedroom and bathtub and cobwebs in the smaller bedroom. Other than that, it was a great rental and we loved our short stay there.

We had a great time! It is so beautiful & relaxing being directly on the beach. The house had everthing we needed and Waldport is a nice town with a small home town feel. We already want to go back!

We found this to be a very easy house to enjoy. It's just on the other edge of the dunes, and the waves breaking are visible and audible from the windows. It was well supplied with all we needed. Additional advantages for us was the garage and the single level layout. We had excellent communication with the owner.
