Oceanviews to amaze you! Stay in our luxurious top of the line vacation home!

This place was perfect for our week. Very clean and gorgeous home with pool and beach right there. I’m already planing a week for next year !!!

Great house and great location. The pool is amazing but I would recommend the depth being displayed somewhere and on the listing for safety reasons. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Overall, my family (6 adults and 1 child 2 infants) had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The house has a great layout for families with open kitchen and living area. The pool was great after being at beach all day. Just beware of bees and wasps. Two of us got stung. The views are amazing and closeness to beach a great perk. House is in need of a few updates. But nothing that will ruin your stay.

We rented for spring break with 2 families…4 adults and 5 kids (ages 8 and under). We wanted the heated pool and ocean to keep the kids busy and the super short and private walk to the ocean was perfect. The house was at the end of the road so it was very quiet and private. We walked with the kids to Coligny Plaza, which was only 1.5 miles. Tons of shopping, outdoor restaurants, play area and ice cream places for everyone! Island Getaways was easy to get a hold of and so was Robby, the owner. They took care of any issue as soon as they could! Overall it was the perfect location for our trip and we look forward to renting from Robby again!

We always come back to this one! A bit more on the private side with a large family room and sunrise view from all 3 bedroom balconies! You can’t beat that!!

This is a phenomenal property! It is literally 10 steps from the sand and the proximity to Coligny and other shops and restaurants allowed us to maximize our time in the pool and at the beach. The property owner Robby is extremely communicative and helpful. I read some of the other comments about the property being older and not as clean as expected, but we didn't experience that at all. We travel frequently and this is without question a property we will return to. Thank you Robby, it was a fabulous week!

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was bright, spacious, and the views were outstanding. The furniture was comfortable, especially in the family room and kitchen. We loved being steps from the beach and being able to set up on the beach but return to the house for snacks and bathroom access. I liked how it was at the end of the street and that nobody came down to where we were unless they had a reason to. Every bedroom had a balcony and we could enjoy views and sounds of the beach no matter the time of day. The kitchen table was perfectly sized for us to sit together and eat and play games. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was very helpful. We would absolutely stay there again in the future. The only problem with the property is that it is in desperate need of a deep clean in the kitchen. The dishwasher is full of mildew, so even after washing the dishes in the dishwasher, they came out smelling funky. Every dish I pulled out of the cabinets was dirty smelling or covered in some sort of film or junk. The refrigerator made a terrible humming noise the entire time we were there, and even though it had the fastest ice maker in the east, it really needs to be replaced as well as the dishwasher. There were dead bugs on one of the trays sitting on the island and we had a problem with gnats the entire time we were there. The silverware was all dirty too. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, but the kitchen was just awful.

This property definitely has a beautiful ocean view!! Balconies off of every bedroom and living area. However, I agree with a prior reviewer that the house is lacking it's luxurious title. Aesthetically, it was pleasing and appeared clean upon entering. Master bedroom is large with nice master bath however, activity from bedroom upstairs is quite loud. Electrical switches throughout main floor are confusing and it would be helpful to renters if they were labeled for ease of use. Throughout our stay we discovered that the property is lacking some upkeep. We discussed these concerns with the owner and hopefully they will be addressed for future renters. We unfortunately encountered a bug problem one evening during our stay. Hundreds of bugs (looked like small termites?)were crawling (not flying) in the entrance hall, living area and also were found on the staircase and in all bathrooms. Property management and owner were notified. Pest control was called to inspect however, we never saw anyone. Spent the next morning sweeping and vacuuming dead bugs off floors as we had a 1 and 2 year old with us? Did not see the bugs again. Overall, worked for our stay but unfortunately would probably not rent again.
