The Space

The spacious driveway accommodates 8 vehicles, with a grand staircase entrance welcoming you. The low-profile Golf Cart is included in the nightly rate (Liability release required). Step onto the Dock, relax in the Heated Pool with in-water seating and umbrella, or dine at the 8-person outdoor table with a lighted umbrella. Enjoy Outdoor Ceiling Fans, plenty of loungers, Adirondack chairs, a BBQ Grill, CornHole, and a front patio with table and chairs amidst well-kept landscaping.

1st Floor
The 2-car oversized garage provides easy elevator access. The Game Room Storage houses Darts, Hook21 Ring Swing, Foosball, Ping Pong, and a 7-hole Mini Golf course with fun obstacles to create your own unique holes.

Main Living Area (2nd Floor)
Entertain in style with a 65” 4k TV, 3 couches (2 converting to double beds), and window shutters for privacy. Step onto the 50’ balcony with multiple seating areas and outdoor ceiling fans. Enjoy a bay window for the dining area, a 6-person formal dining setup, 4-person bar-top seating, and ceiling fans.

Kitchen (2nd Floor)
The spacious modern kitchen features granite countertops, 2 dishwashers, a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door, a wine fridge, induction cooktop, stainless steel sinks (1 prep and 1 dish), a walk-in pantry, and fully stocked cabinets and drawers with all utensils and cookware. Additional amenities include wine glasses, full sets of dishware, a stocked spice rack, blender, toaster, full pot coffee maker, and Keurig single-cup coffee maker.

Bedrooms
