This ocean view home is perfect for the ultimate Central Coast family vacation! Enjoy the beautiful garden between the main house and the cottage and beautiful beach views. There is also a furnished deck with private hot tub and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. You will have a well-equipped, full kitchen along with a small kitchenette in the garden cottage.

This home is within walking distance of Albion River Inn and the stunning Albion Cove where you will find a beach area. Across the Albion River bridge is the Ledford House, which offers oceanfront dining, and less than nine miles north, is the Mendocino Headlands State Park as well as the Woodlands, Russian Gulch and Jug Handle State Reserve. Point Cabrillo Lighthouse is in the area and offers stunning views of the Pacific, and the beautiful town of Mendocino is six miles north.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home was very spacious, extremely clean, and overall comfortable for our purposes. It had a beautiful view and had a separate cottage for privacy.

We wanted to spend quality time with family, no matter what the weather could bring. We enjoyed the large common area and the privacy of the spread-out bedrooms and cottage space. The view is unbelievable and the home is close to many wondrous things to do on the Mendocino Coast. We received a quick response to a connection problem with the wi-fi and it was easily resolved. Highly recommend!
It was easy to get to where we wanted to go! The cottage worked fine for our oldest grandchild—who is 16, and trustworthy! I wouldn’t have wanted to put a much younger child over there. We got good support from Kat,—who worked for Vacasa, who was local.
Our family stayed during Spring break and enjoyed the views, the hot tub and deck. Also it was great to have the separate cottage. The house was well equipped.
