This home was a wonderful place to stay for a large 3 generation family. There was ample space and the location was excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool and the grill area. The views from the rooftop were priceless!! Communication with host was great!! We had a wonderful vacation!!

We had a wonderful time and our host Anna was the best. The house was just as it is pictured.The house is beautifully decorated, all the supplies you would need are stocked and it was very clean. The information given on the VRBO site was very accurate. We loved our stay here and my family is already asking if we can return here. There was a notebook with very clear instructions about the house and lots of suggestions on activities in the area. Easy shirt walkable distance to the beach and the Kooky Coconut a yummy place to get ice cream, drinks and lunch. Very walkable to many places to eat and shop.

This was a beautiful place to stay, with quick walks to every thing we needed. It was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable for our 10 adults. Beautiful pool with covered cabana type area. Owner of property is a great communicator. Highly recommend—great place to stay

Where do I begin? Our stay was awesome. Casa Coquina is absolutely wonderful. The house was well supplied to help you get started on your vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is a 5 minute walk, and lots of great restaurants nearby. If you like Cuban sandwiches…the Kooky Coconut is awesome! Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the upper deck. Love!

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean and fully stocked. Even included a beach wagon and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 9 of us. Included a crib, high chair, and pac n play making it convenient for packing for our 21 month old grandchild. Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for our family group of ten! The location was perfect as well with beach access and the best ice cream just steps away! Loved the view of the beach from the house especially from the rooftop deck which we enjoyed! Pool was beautiful as well. The house was well stocked and especially loved the special touches the owner provided - robes, matching beach towels in each bedroom as well as matching pool towels in the pool area which was very nice with a grill and TV to relax in. Nice beach chairs, a few umbrellas and wagons to pack up for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would want this house again if we returned back to Indian Rocks Beach!

The house was amazing. Just as listed The pool area and rooftop were top notch. House is well stocked with everything you need. 300 ft walkto beach access.Lots of parking available, which isn't always the case. The host was super responsive. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time on our family vacation! The house is absolutely stunning. The kitchen & outdoor/pool area were our favorites! The rooftop was absolutely stunning to hanging at to watch the sunset. We will be back!!

So tastefully furnished and decorated. Each bedroom having an en suite was awesome but the attention to detail in providing a great vacation was spot on. The pool!!! Hard to get the kids to go to the beach. Cleanest place we ever stayed BY FAR! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now. We have been spoiled

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in IRB. We would highly recommend the property. The ocean view was great from the rooftop. The house was steps away from the beach and the pool was perfect.

We gathered with our extended family for a long FL weekend. This home was perfect for our needs of 3 couples and 3 young adults. We had enough common space to gather and then plenty of private space when that was needed. The pool area is relaxing and the roof top space is the place for sunset!! The location was also ideal for walks on the beach and good food is close by. The pressed cuban sandwich and homemade ice cream at the Kooky Coconut, right down the lane, was an awesome find. If you can afford the high rate, you will get what you pay for. A well-stocked home with awesome amenities in a great location.

I can not describe the incredible experience we had with this VRBO. The Owner was incredibly responsive. The House was better equipped than my home.Please just rent this house and you will be spoiled for the rest of your life. No other VRBO can compare!Thank you

We had an amazing time in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was amazing. We had several family meals inside as well as using the outdoor kitchen. The pool was amazing.

We stayed over New Years with our family of 8. The home was spacious with plenty of room of us to spread out. The house is a perfect location for walking to the beach. Anna was great to work with and was very quick to respond with any questions.

This house was perfect for our family of 9. The house had more than enough towels for the beach and pool, lots of beach chairs, coolers and wagons. The quick walk to the beach was not bad at all. They do an amazing job keeping the house stocked with essential necessities. I will definitely be renting again.
