Property was amazing and in a great location. The only highly recommended upgrade are the mattresses. Other than that it is a five star property.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location close to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and made check-in simple. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was really nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of 5 and even more people should we have wanted. I definitely recommend this home for future family stays.

Very responsive to my request to fix the heat in the pool. Clean sheets, floors etc but starting to need an overhaul on painting etc

I gave it five stars because it could not be in a better location with such an amazing view. I would stay there again just for that, but also the house was laid out perfectly and very clean. I don’t mind scooping leaves out of the swimming pool, but it did not look like it had been treated recently. I did not smell chlorine. Also, everyone just needs to know that there are absolutely no pantry items supplied. Unless you’re planning on eating out all the time you will need to purchase all the condiments and salt and pepper and whatever else at the grocery store. I also did not receive response from the host when I inquired about something and did not receive checkout instructions, but I understand this is a management company not privately owned so I have experienced that before in that situation.

The house was clean. Great location for our needs. Great view and nice pier we could access. One hair dryer did not work. The back door handle was loose and nearly falling off. The pool was very cold by the end of the week and unusable and full of leaves (they did come clean it, but by then it was too cold to use). The bottom tray in the dishwasher was broken. The main level toilet kept running or didn't flush, we had to replace the stopper every time. The shower water levers in both bathrooms (not the master) were either hot or cold. Very difficult to find warm. Overall the house fit our needs. Would probably not stay again at that time of year because of the cold pool, we were not willing to pay 150/day to heat it.

The house is luxurious with awesome views of Florida Bay. Heated pool, although we had to ask management to have it cleaned of leaves. They did that the next morning. High quality furniture and appliances. Twin garages for off street parking. Extremely safe neighborhood, yet accessible to all the tourist sites.

Needs more kitchen supplies. It had too much chlorine in the pool and trees need to be cut back. The parking was a big issue.

What a perfect house with a perfect location. The kitchen was fully stopped for a family of eight to be able to cook anything that was needed. The house is bright with lots of extra room in the backyard is a beautiful oasis. What a wonderful location and the management team is extremely helpful. I would recommend this home for any large family, wanting a comfortable safe place to stay.

Beautiful home on a beautiful island! Easy check in and the house is well equipped. Loved going to pier for sunsets and sitting on our balconies.

This was a beautiful unit, a nice size, clean, with a beautiful view. The location was convenient to everything. We used golf carts to zip around the island. We did find several issues, but most were addressed quickly by maintenance after bringing them to the agent’s attention. We only used the pool once because the pump was not working properly and wasn’t filtering. We kept bringing it to the attention of Javier and he continued to dismiss our concerns. The day before we checked out, they sent a second pool guy to look at it and he found debris in the impeller which was restricting water flow and causing the pump to not operate correctly or efficiently. We felt that we should have been compensated for the fact that we couldn’t use the pool but apparently they think that use of the pool isn’t worth anything!

My stay was fantastic, the property was great, clean, spacious, close to Duval and downtown Key West. I had a great time during my stay, I was however a little put off that I could not check in early. I reached out a week before and the property was not booked for 2 back to back nights before I was checking in. They told me they couldn’t confirm the early check in and to reach back out the morning of check in, which I thought was more than fair. However the morning of check in I again reached back out and got the same response telling me to reach out on the morning of check in…. Which it was. After telling them that it was they basically just said we will call you and let you know if it is available to check in early, which they never did. I would’ve appreciate transparency in the situation, also I asked them the morning of and the fact I got an automated response that made it seem they had no idea I was checking in that day was a little annoying

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean and well cared for.

One of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed at. Very spacious and well kept. The pool was perfect for our group. Loved the view of the setting sun.The host was very responsive to our minor requests.

5 friends and myself stayed at this beautiful house for 5 days. To get around and see everything, we rented a golf cart, as driving and parking are a bit challenging on the island. It was wonderful having the heated pool and wrap around porches while hanging out at the house.

The check in process was very easy. Overall impression stay at the house was good. I would recommend that the back gate to the observation dock be lowered to the ground since it’s a dog friendly place…we had to do some temporary rigging since we had 2 small dogs that could easily go under it—and maybe also have some gates installed leading up to the front porch from the back yard…again, because it’s a “dog friendly” home. But there is nothing keeping them from running up the stairs and out to the main road. That is our only negative review regarding the home—we loved it other than that and had a wonderful time with family and friends

No surprises, property as described, overall well outfitted, and check-in/check-out instructions clear and easy. Excellent location, multiple options walkable (coffee, supermarket, etc.), and 10-min. golf cart ride to Mallory Square and other downtown attractions. We'd stay there again.

We were right across the street from a Publix and able to get all the groceries we needed, the view was great and the pool was fantastic. The observation deck was gorgeous as well, and the location was safe and quiet. The only concern for us was a broken door on one of the rooms; it wouldn't close all the way and since it was off the living room, it made privacy for one of our guests difficult. I would definitely recommend the spot however; we enjoyed ourselves otherwise.

This was our first family vacation with our granddaughter and we were not disappointed. Everything was as advertised and we would not think twice about returning to this house in the future.

Property was nice upon arrival. 2 hiccups thru our 2 nights stay; the cable tv in the family was not working so we had to call property management to get that resolved. Secondly, no trash bags provided for the kitchen trash disposal so we had to utilize our shopping plastic bags as trash bags. Overall , nice and clean stay.
