Oceanview Home with private pool and close beach access

Beautiful property with many bedrooms. We had more than enough space. The pool decks were perfect. We were disappointed that there was no grill for cooking at home but made the best of it. The beach was absolutely beautiful, but very rough. This is not a beach for family swim as the undertow is very strong.

This home offers everything imaginable for a beach vacation. The home itself is beautifully designed, from the interior selections to the furniture and decor. The designer and home builder really knew how to utilize the space for a beach vacation while making the entire home asthetially pleasing and every detail stunning. The amount of porches and outdoor living areas is wonderful - we used those spaces the entire stay. There is also so much room in the home for every guest to have privacy, with most of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The location of the home is unbeatable with the proximity to the beach and panoramic views. The front elevation of the home has direct ocean/beach views and the rear elevation has sunset, marsh, and nature views. It is ideal that the home is right across from the beach entrance, without having to cross a main road...this made it perfect for kids and all guests to walk back and forth from the beach all day. The pool is wonderful... all day, we went from the beach to the pool, nonstop. Even though the homesite is on the corner, in the front of the community, the location is still VERY private; the rear and lot to the right of the home have thick veggetation/plants/trees and though the left side of the home is open, there is very minimum to no traffic throughout the day and night, making the entire backyard, pool, and rear outdoor living spaces very private. Since the community is gated and private, the beach was never crowded, only the families and guests staying at homes in the community were on the beach during the day, very spread out from one another. There are also many restaurants nearby that offer pickup and delivery. I am going to book this home again this fall and next summer.

The home was spotless and beautifully cleaned when we arrived. We loved the spacious communal areas, which fit our entire family comfortably. The beach access was close and very convenient, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the home was perfect for accommodating our big family. We’d absolutely recommend it to other families looking for a great place to stay together!
