Oceanview home w/ Jetted tub and great location - near the port and beach access

Coast Haven had a decently stocked kitchen and the house was clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this property! It is in a great location right along the beach and two blocks from the Crazy Norwegian! We really enjoyed the jetted tub in the bathroom and the beautiful window ocean views during bad weather on our stay!

Hi! I really enjoyed my stay—the view was stunning, the location was peaceful, and the kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. The house doesn’t have AC, but there are several fans in the main bedroom that help with airflow. Also, while the living room doesn’t have shades, the view makes up for it. A deep clean and updated bedding could make a difference.

I loved the view and the peacefulness. Access to the beach was easy. People legally camp in a parking lot across the street. Privacy can be an issue.

We had a short stay in Port Orford, but enjoyed the visit. The merchants are friendly, particularly at Mr. Ed's and three location of this property is walkable to everywhere!

We enjoyed our few days in Port Orford and had the good fortune to stay in a home with a great view of the harbor AND of the very interesting “dolly dock” which uses cranes to raise and lower boats from the water! There are only about 6 “dolly docks” in the world, 2 in the U.S., with the one in Port Orford being the only one on the west coast. It was pretty cool to watch this active dock working. The house is a bit worn but well furnished, clean and comfortable.

Quick one night stay, but we loved looking out the bay windows at the ocean. Place was clean and had the essentials.

The house was a listed and more. The view alone is worth scooping up this gem, the thoughtful amenities, comfortable furnishings, and sweet town just sweeten the deal.

View is great, as is the location to the local area. Everything we needed was there. Thanks for letting us stay.

There's no yard and no privacy when you're outside or in the hot tub. The house is on a busy intersection with no buffer from the street, pedestrians, and neighbors. The person staying next to me during my trip had lots of visitors all weekend, which prevented me from wanting to enjoy the hot tub, especially during the day.This house is located on the bottom level with another unit upstairs. I would have liked to have known that because that threw me off, mainly because the parking seemed unfit for more than one guest, and I wanted a house, not an apartment. I think the unit upstairs is not a VRBO but a private residence. It would have been good to know, mainly because I was traveling alone. I don't think anyone was up there all weekend, but again, it was awkward since the back stairs access points are shared. The yard just seems neglected and non existent. They should really work on creating a better yard, or being clear that there really is no yard. The living room widows really should have curtains. Especially since the house is locatedOn such a busy intersection. The refrigerator didn't stay cold enough to keep food stored properly. I couldn't figure out how to get the tv to work for anything beyond streaming.The pros: the jacuzzi tub, the view from the living room, the hot tub when its late and no traffic, the double head shower in the second bathroom!The early check in!!

It was a great experience, loved looking out at the ocean from the window seat.

Overall good. Needs some TLC regarding floors and outside. Bring your supplies as they basically have salt and pepper. No toaster. No laundry items. Dish tv needs attention. Could be really cute just needs some attention.

Such a welcoming home with a beautiful view of the ocean, a comfortable living area, and a luxurious hot tub. Will definitely look for this place again next time we’re at the coast!

The place was comfortable and the view was great. Lots to do within 30 miles. The housekeeping could use some more detailed cleaning

Nice location beautiful view. Wifi is sporadic. Recliner was broken. Needs better ventilation. Gets hot in house. Water was not usable for drinking and brushing teeth. Was not informed ahead of time.

The house is clean and tidy. The view over Port Orford is gorgeous. Main bed was comfortable, and jetted bathtub was a nice touch. Easy walk down to a lovely little beach by the dock. My improvements would be to put screens on the windows! The house is very stuffy and warm, and we opened windows but felt weird doing it w/o screens. There are no window coverings in the main bathroom and I was not comfortable feeling exposed while getting in and out of the bath. Otherwise a lovely place.

Everything about the house was great. We had difficulty with the WiFi, but we have no limit data on our phones, so no biggie. May want to address this for future guests. As well, the remotes may need new batteries. I’m pretty adept at things, so we were able to make everything work. Just a head’s up. Otherwise, the place was really nice. The view was amazing, which was great because it was blue skies and VERY windy during our stay.

It was good. We had a problem with the tv intermittently not working and someone was a able to get it working remotely. Many of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans are completely worn out and need to be replaced.

We loved the view, and the layout and spaciousness of place. The internet was a little spotty and tv only worked sometimes. Overall we would come back.
