Stayed Jun 14, 2025The house was very nice and clean. The property manager was great at communicating if we had any questions. The house listing didn't mention there was no beach access from the house or that the pool was not walking distance but was a short drive down the road.

Stayed Jul 3, 2021The house was okay but we had a few inconveniences during our stay. The pantry has an odd smell which another user mentioned as well. One of the King bedrooms on the 2nd floor had a slight odor also. The seat in the shower (which can be adjusted to fold up) had mold on the underside of it. The King bedroom on the top floor had visible mold in the air vent. The dishwasher kept needing to be reset. It would not operate without us having to do a reset. Reset took 12 minutes each time. We had to reset it three times during our week stay. The washing machine did not spin. This was a huge inconvenience since we had 12 people staying at the house, all of whom packed thinking we had a working washing machine. Surf or Sound was kind enough to let us use their machines during the hours they were open but we had to work around their schedule. After speaking with Surf or Sound, they informed us that appliances are not guaranteed to be in working order and they offered $75 credit for our inconvenience. Additionally there were several roaches outside the property on the decks. Two were also seen inside the home, which prompted us to ensure we took nothing inside our homes prior to a thorough check. Unless you know for sure that these issues are resolved, i would not recommend staying here.

Stayed May 15, 2021Great place within walking distance of coffee and shops! Food Lion 3 miles away. Walk to the beach about 5 minutes Great views of sunrise and sunset! Lacking a high chair for the one toddler! Well stocked kitchen!

Stayed Mar 27, 2021The house was nice. The only problem was some weird smells in the house. Some of the smelliest spots were in the pantry closet and the 2nd floor bathroom.
