Oceanview Getaway – Steps to Sand, Heated Pools & Minutes from St. Augustine

The place and facilty was great. The oceaan was very close and pool. Condo waas clean and updated. My only complaint is the location is a little further out but nit a bug deal.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this VRBO in Crescent Beach! Its prime location within the complex and proximity to amenities were incredibly convenient. The unit was immaculately clean, and everything worked well for us. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience. We cherished the valuable family time we spent here and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

This unit is very comfortable and well situated a few steps from the ocean. Our only quibble was that there was inconsistent communication. The first email said we would get the information to enter the unit two days ahead. At that time, the manager told us that she wouldn’t give us the access code until the morning of our arrival. We are used to having all needed information a bit further ahead when we are traveling.

Great location in St. Augustine. The beach is so beautiful and is almost always empty. Locals told us it's a really good place to stay. The heated pools were very warm and great. The condo was spacious, clean and the balcony was perfect. As far as kitchen equipment, they could use an upgrade on the knives (not sharp at all) and more bowls. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach was great. Condo was nice and clean. Only problem we had was with the gates not opening for us when we would leave and return. We would rent again!

The condo is beautiful, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The pools were very nice and not too crowded and the beach access was close and easy. The host was very responsive and helpful.

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time at Sara’s condo. We have stayed at Summerhouse before and her place surpassed the others in cleanliness, comfort, style and proximity to our daughter’s condo in the same building and floor. This was very convenient for helping out with our grandchildren. The view from the balcony is great and it is shaded in the afternoon when a respite from the sun is welcome. Sara is an excellent host who communicates well. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sara for a fantastic visit!

The property was clean, updated and well maintained. The master bed was comfortable! It was well equipped with beach gear and board games. We would decidedly return!
