Located just 3 lots away from the Rodanthe Pier, easy access to the beach on a state maintained paved road - there's a lot to love about this rental home besides the stunning water views. The water's lure may just lead you into the sparkling private pool or indulgent hot tub, or you can step inside and be enticed by a game of pool in the first level game roomwith pool table, TV/DVD, and wet bar with full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with TV/DVD and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, TV/DVD and semi-private bath. Upstairs, you can give into temptation and spend a lazy morning in bed in one of three inviting king master bedrooms, all with TVs/DVDs and all with private baths. On the top level, you can indulge in those gorgeous views, or allow yourself to be distracted by the great room with ample kitchen and dining area, and living area with TV/DVD. There's also a convenient half bath powder room and a spacious king master bedroom with TV/DVD. Spend a little time at PROMISE KEPT and you'll understand the attraction. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
