● The property offers convenient parking for up to 2 vehicles: 1 spot located outside to the left of the garage (measurement: 85” width x 88” height) and 1 spot inside the garage (measurement: 107” width x 83” height 32” depth).

Another parking option is also available in front of the garage. There is also free & metered street parking, but it gets filled up fast usually as we’re walking distance to the beach, downtown Manhattan beach and pier.

Manhattan Beach is naturally walkable, and many guests enjoy exploring the area on foot or by bike. The beach, local cafés, and nearby restaurants are all within easy reach, making it simple to settle into the neighborhood.

For exploring beyond the immediate area, rideshare services are readily available and provide convenient access throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.

During the FIFA World Cup 2026, rideshare is often the most seamless way to travel to and from SoFi Stadium, allowing you to enjoy match days without the added stress of parking.



Game Day Tip:

We recommend scheduling your rideshare in advance and allowing extra time before kickoff, as traffic and demand can increase around stadium events. Returning to Manhattan Beach after the match offers a more relaxed and private setting compared to staying near the stadium.

Home Layout

The first floor features a bedroom with a full bed, nearby bathroom, and direct garage access.

The second floor includes a spacious primary suite with fireplace, sitting area, and en-suite bath, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

The third floor is the main living space, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bright living room with fireplace, ocean views, and a private balcony.



Check-In & Booking

Guests complete a secure check-in form prior to arrival. Verification is required before access details are shared. Travel insurance is recommended.



Construction Notice

There is construction next door near the balcony side. While city regulations are enforced, occasional daytime noise may occur.

Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

No work on Sundays



House Rules

Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM. No events or loud music. Registered guests only. Non-smoking home.



Please note that the third-floor freezer is currently out of service. However, the refrigerator is fully operational and available for your use throughout your stay.

The kitchen is also equipped with a countertop ice maker. Simply plug it in, and you'll have plenty of ice available whenever you need it.

For additional freezer storage, guests are welcome to use the garage freezer, which offers ample space for frozen items during your stay.





Dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $350 fee per pet. No cats. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.



Care & Responsibility

Do not tamper with safety devices. Damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

    Pet friendly- clean rooms, near the beach and town. Lots of amenities and appreciated the laundry detergent to make it easy to do laundry, grill that was clean, and beds were so comfortable! Host was very accommodating!

    This is a fairly nice home in a central locationHowever it’s very uphill and parking is very tight so not good for everyone or big cars. Had a major issue with Melissa when I asked to have 5 family members over on a Sunday afternoon for a bday lunch. She refused to allow more than 3 of my family members for even a couple hours. It really ruined our trip as I had family in Laguna and Encinitas that wanted to get together and relax on the deck and she refused to allow 10 of us (5 renting and 5 for lunch) to quietly gather from 12-3pm. She claimed it was a permit issue. It’s unfortunate as we liked the place but because of this will never book her property again.
