Stayed Jun 6, 2026Had a great time. Beach was a short walk. It was great hanging out on the deck and grilling. The whole house radio was awesome and used every day. Will be back again next year!

Stayed May 22, 2026John was a great host and communicated right away! The place was perfect for our group! The bikes and beach chairs were nice as we didn’t have to pack those extras! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach and restaurants! It was so great to be back in LBI! Will definitely look to book again! Thanks John!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025This house was perfect for us for an after Labor Day long weekend visit to LBI. Short walk to the beach, close to Nardis and all the fun stuff LBI has to offer. Great location. Rooms were clean and the kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beach house we enjoyed the deck!

Stayed Jun 17, 2025The house was really clean and a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. John was really responsive throughout our stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Sep 8, 2024Property is just a described and so very close to the beach. Sunrises are amazing, beach impeccably clean, and bike rides were fun as well. Can walk to many places if you wish or just a short ride by car. Would definitely stay here again!
