We were in awe from the moment we walked in! Everything was exactly as described. The house was laid out well, it was clean, and cool - which was great during a very hot and humid week! The location was perfect for a home base during our many outings - always returning to lounge in the pool during the day and gather to play games in the evenings.

Plenty of room with a bathroom for everyone! We had so much fun playing volleyball, swimming in the pool and hanging out in the hot tub. The Coral Beach access was so close and even better on the bikes-with a rack at the end of the ramp and a place to clean off the sand and salt before heading back. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, and the garage had extra chairs and a wagon-we'd have left ours at home if we knew this. The kitchen is the BEST of any home we've rented through the years. Two dishwashers and beautiful plates with enough utensils and cookware for every meal. We had 16 seating comfortably all around the open-concept dining and amazing furniture on the decks. The owners thought of everything-with plasticware for the kids (or poolside snacks), and extra blankets for the comfortable bedding. The washer and dryer on the middle floor was a blessing, and we never ran out of hot water. We would certainly stay here again and will most likely compare every rental after this one to Ashley's Nest.

The house is really nice and fit our needs perfectly. Great access to a beautiful beach. Check-in day was a total fail. We were warned that our house may not be ready by 4:00 p.m.. However upon arriving after 4, the cleaning staff had not even started preparing the house for our stay. The the pool was NEVER cleaned. There was trash, glassware, and pool toys all over the backyard. And when we reached out twice to the property manager, we never received a phone call back.. We ended up re-cleaning the house when we finally were able to get in because the cleaning staff did a rushed job. We had a long day of travel, and a lot of food to get refrigerated. We were also traveling with 4 small children, so we did not call the property manager immediately to report our dissatisfaction. While I understand the challenges everyone is faced with due to being short staffed, that does not absolve the property manager of returning phone calls and providing adequate customer service. We would definitely return to this property again because the house was beautiful, however we would definitely make sure the house was cleaned properly and the pool area was cleaned before the end of the 1st day. Apparently if you wait until Sunday or Monday of your stay to report problems, the property manager doesn't seem to be responsive.

The house was even better than the pictures! There is an outside shower, updated chaise lounges, a bar height table for four outside, and a utility room filled with beach chairs and sports equipment that arent mentioned in the listing. There are 2 umbrella stands if you want to bring your own umbrella for shade. The air conditioning was excellent. The layout of the house worked well. Tons of games, toys and DVD in the house. Kitchen had everything you could think of including 3 coffee machines and 2 dishwashers. Would recommend renting a gas grill since the grills there are like the kind you see at the park, metal not a lot of space and slow cooking. Other than that, everything was great We! We would come back again!
