Oceanside, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Sun Decks, WC1077, Seaside Manor

The pics were outdated. Volleyball court looked to be torn down for quiet some time. Grass was knee high, filled with thorns and net was destroyed. Pool smelled of stagnant water. Hot tub was slimmy. House wasnt ready to rent, as it wasn't cleaned properly. Feces and urine left on toilets and walls surrounding. As well as splatters of food or feces on wall in living room and on several curtains. Holes in walls. Crumbs, hair, and dirt in both refrigerators. Water was non usable as it ranged in color from orange to green coming out of faucets. Couldnt walk on deck without shoes due to splintering and nails. Tried to contact Brindley beach upon arriving via call and email. Neither received a reply. I had to clean the 5bedroom 4 1/2 bath myself. Brindley beach said they didnt ask me to do that. Said I didnt give them the opportunity to fix the issue, even though I have the proof of where I tried to get help for 2 days. They refused to compensate for the lack of listed amenities and cleanliness. Issues and problems were not handled properly. Very unprofessional! BEWARE OF BRINDLEY BEACH VACATIONS! Worst vacation ever! Thousands of dollars wasted!! DEFINITELY NOT AS ADVERTISED.

Not again, thought it said HEATED POOL, only to be told week before that it wasn't heated. Pic are pretty but place fell short of house. Needed work! Located in a nice place.

House needed yo be cleaned and fix the furniture and hot water issues, aprt from these things, its a very good and spacious house , ambiance & amenities and nice place with friendly and for big family gatherings

Having rented yearly from HomeAway this was my first disappointment. Not clean inside and out. Pool service was rude and unprofessional. Hoping my rental in May 2021 is much better.

This house definitely needs an upgrade. It shouldn't have been rented to guest in this terrible shape. All appliances (except refrigrator) are in disasterous shape. Dishwasher's racks are broken and rusty ( health hazard). Oven is nasty and also handle was broken. Even coffee machine was disgustingly dirty. They could could have bought a cheap coffee machine and replace it. The carpet in entire house was filty and nasty. Probably hasn't been replace for over 20 years. All toilets are leaky and keep flushing themselves. The house wan't cleaned properly before we got in and there were some crumbs on the counetrs. We had to clean the house over before we could use it. The pool was only thing we like about this house. Will not return or rent again. Very DISSAPOINTED!

We had a blast here! The place was perfect for our group of 12 and only about a 5-7 minute walk from the beach. The only cons: -Place was dirty when we arrived (we double-wiped down everything due to COVID and found the counters still produced dirty wipes--even though everything was supposed to be deep cleaned prior to our arrival) -The pool table was broken--disappointing because that WAS one of the selling points for us but we had plenty other things to do -Many minor broken things (door handles, screens, etc) Pros: -Great communication with property managers (responded promptly to my emails next morning) -Someone came to service the pool and hot tub mid-stay -Overall property is in good shape -Location
