This place was perfect for Our Christmas Vacation. It really was paradise. When i come back this place is where ill be staying

Spent most of my time out on the Deck, both day and night. Weather fantastic!! Loved having kayaks & bicycles at anytime. Host takes extreme pride in their property and it shows!!! Neighbors very friendly and helpful! Loved having paper instructions to activate TV and learn about activities within the complex. Definitely a 20 out of 10 property and I’d love to stay again!!! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 kids. The pool is awesome and heated to a very comfortable temperature. There are lots of chairs around the pool and places to sit. We liked the variety of common areas around the property and really enjoyed the bicycles. It was too rough for kayaking due to wind but it looks like a great area to kayak. The house is clean and comfortable with every amenity you could need. Some reviews mention aggressive security personnel but we found them to be polite and friendly. I appreciate the extra level of security that keeps the area nice and very family friendly.

The house was very clean when we arrived. There was every cooking item available for cooking. The distance to Key West was very nice.

We had a great vacation. House was wonderful.

The home was very nice and exactly like photos. Just a little distance from the pool so rented a golf cart which was nice. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the grill and had it fixed promptly.

The property was spacious, clean and as listed. We had a very nice day.

The home was clean, well decorated and has everything we needed plus some for our vacation. Highly recommended for families.

Everything was great from check in to the venture out community and facilities to the actual home we loved it all.

Our trip was so good we were already talking about booking it for next year!Mike and Carol were great to work with. I’ve never had someone so quick to respond, take care of any issues, and provide recommendations during a stay.Their home was a perfect place for us and convenient to so much throughout the keys. It was clean, spacious, and had everything you could want or need during your stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. The appliances were great with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer on hand. Underneath is a grill, bikes, helmets, kayaks, life jackets, fishing equipment, chairs, a cooler, etc. They have everything you need!The resort has a community store, that my kids would bike to sometimes multiple times per day. There’s a pool, boat ramp, and tiki huts to hang out under!We spent much of our time at Bahia Honda state park at one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to, snorkeling, soaking up the sun, and taking in the breathtaking views. My oldest son and I did a party fishing charter (Gulfstream IV - highly recommended) and my wife and youngest son went to the Turtle Hospital in Marathon (highly recommended). We made a couple trips to Key West, which is a short drive away, to shop, see the sights, and had some of the best food I’ve ever had (great recommendations from Mike). It truly was a memorable vacation and we owe a lot of it to Mike and Carol for allowing us to use their wonderful home! Thank you!

This is our second stay in this unit and the perfect spot to use as base to enjoy the Lower Keys. Unit has excellent appliances, comfortable furniture, and all of the household items needed for a good vacation. The Venture Out resort itself has a range of nice amenities and I like the 24 hour security and restricted access. Property rules are reasonable and easy to abide by. The bonus equipment like bikes, hammock, grill, and kayaks are very much appreciated. Watching the sun rise from the deck is one of my favorite views.

The house was amazing! Very pleased.

Overall, we had a great time. The rental was clean, well equipped, if you chose to cook. My sister and I loved it being close to Key West, plus several good restaurants in immediate area. Neighbors were quiet. Love having car under house, it was always cool.

My sister and I booked this property for our week long trip to explore the Keys. We wanted a location that where we could relax on days we were not traveling and Venture Out delivered! The home was very clean and provided the basic necessities that gave it a home-like feel. Although we did not use them, we felt that the outdoor activity amenities were very convenient and thoughtful. We both agreed that we would stay here again.

Very well maintained and well stocked property. Development is well maintained and managed, along with good amenities. Location is convienent for this area of the Keys.

We loved our stay. Our friends took us out to the Gulf and Atlantic almost every day. It was a lovely stay. Our kids loved the bikes and pool. We enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to be back soon!

Property was in a wonderful gated community with ocean views very convenient to Key West & other lower keys. The property was very clean & well stocked with everything for the kitchen. It was comfortable, befs were great & visit was very enjoyable.

Our home was nice, but it is an interesting development with RVs, permanent trailers, and homes of various types. We did not get a chance to use any of the amenities as it was a quick stay and we were busy. The location is good. The house was comfortable, but could use an upgraded bed.

Took our boys on a bucket list trip to go fishing off the keys for a college graduation present. We all had a blast . The house is in a perfect location on Cudjoe key about a half hour from key west. Quiet location with a nice boat launch

The unit was spotless and perhaps one of the best equipped places we have stayed at with VRBO. Everything worked, the utensil drawers were overflowing, extra towels and bedding were provided. There was even a printer available. There were 6 bicycles to pick from and several kayaks (although it was too windy to use this time). Everything in the description is accurate. 5 of 5 rating.

Great well stocked little getaway! Loved the hot tub pool area! Square Grouper Bar and Grill was fabulous. Would highly recommend! Boondocks Grill good a little more casual.These were both nearby. Went into Key West a few days. Weather didn’t cooperate for sunset cruise but enjoyed Duval Street and Moondog cafe a must! Home was comfortable. My only thought was kayaks needed to go down to ramp by the pool and without the proper vehicle it wasn’t doable which was unfortunate. Beds comfortable. Maybe a little dusty in higher areas and could use a deep clean but overall a good place! Enjoyed the outside deck with great sunset views. Overall a great experience! Would recommend or visit again. 🙂

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The location is great about half an hour from key west. The house is clean. We LOVED the deck! Caught the sunrise one morning! There are lots of amenities on the property. We enjoyed the pool and kayaking. The hosts communicated well! Was a great choice to stay in and have already talked about visiting again!

We had a great time at the pool and hot tub. Yes the game room had a pool table and other games. We could not play Billiards because they locked up the balls and sticks. No one knew how to check them out. We had some problems with the TV but we were not there very much anyway. We felt safe and comfortable all in all a Great Stay.

Nice house with everything you need. Large pool, gaming area, gated community. Convenient location 30 minutes to Key West.

Awesome stay at Venture Out! 618 was very nice and had everything! We had a great time for the week vacation for my boyfriend's birthday trip! We will definitely be back next year! The property managers, guard staff, neighbors were all very kind and friendly! Rent a golf cart from Lita and Sonny!!!
