Stayed Aug 22, 2024Very close to beach 2 minute walk,house worked perfectly for my family plenty of sleeping options and room for everyone the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and place was exactly as described I'd recommend any family to stay there that is looking for a beach vacation!

Stayed Jul 21, 2025It was the most relaxing vacation ever! The house was perfect for our needs as well. The kids enjoyed the stay and layout also. The walk to the beach was simple plus the snowcone van comes around. Nice walk to pick up or dine in at Matts restaurant. The homeowner was easy to work with and we will definitely be back.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024My family had a great time at this Beach House. They enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had fun playing pickleball on the tennis courts. The house was clean, a little outdated but it had a cute surfer vibe as the teens loved the little suite downstairs where they could hang out. Keep in mind that you would have to drive to the town of Bethany and biking would be on highway 1- you will need to drive to boardwalks - there is one restaurant that is walkable but we cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall this was a great little place if your main goal is to put your toes in the sand!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We had a great time! Everything was great! The house was in a fantastic location! I'd stay here again! Parking for 4 cars was very tight but once we got that situated we were fine!
