Stayed Jan 6, 2025This is a great property in Oceanside. The location is great for visiting downtown Oceanside or Carlsbad, both are less than 10 minutes away. The house is well designed for a family. The great room is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard as well. Great hot tub and grill setup. Our only complaint was that the TV had trouble connecting to the internet, which basically makes a smart TV useless. House was very clean and mgmt. was responsive and helpful. We are planning to stay again on our next trip to the area.

Stayed Dec 8, 2024This place was awesome. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Quite street. We had a lot of fun in the backyard, which looks just like the pics! Definitely recommended.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024We had 3 families stay at the Oceanside Oasis for a week long soccer tournament. This home was perfect for 9-10 people. The kitchen was well stocked and huge! The dining table was perfect for sit down dinners after long days out and about. The family room area had plenty of seating and between the shuffleboard table, putting green, bean bags and hot tub, the older teenagers were entertained for hours! Would highly recommend this house to anyone! Only issue would be not being able to check in before 5 after arriving in San Diego at 11am, but understand difficulty of this due to such a large home needing to be cleaned.

Stayed Apr 9, 2024We're a group of 7 of adults that travel a couple times / year to different cycling destinations and have stayed at multiple houses in different states over the years. This house is one of the best we have stayed in. We had access to the garage to keep our bikes, the back yard / hot tub area is private, and the kitchen / living room / dining rooms are spacious enough for a larger group. We also appreciated the plentiful utensils / equipment in the kitchen since we eat almost every meal at the house. The house is very close to many stores for groceries / etc and just a short drive to the beach / pier. The communication with the property manager was very clear and they responded to any questions quickly. If we come back to Oceanside / San Diego area we'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023The house is exactly as it looks. Huge kitchen and dining and living room spaces to hang out, nice backyard with jacuzzi and a few games. Huge garage too. Lots of bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed + lot's of appliances which was nice. Some items that could be improved, there were not many extra sheets, only one set for two trundle beds so that was surprising. Only one dish towel in the house- given how big the kitchen is you would think there would be a few. And I requested a late check out a week in advance and they kept telling me to check in the day before and then the morning of checkout, only to find out they would charge 50% of one night's fee for 90 minutes of extra time there. This was disappointing in general as it seems wildly expensive and that I had to wait until the morning we were leaving to find that out. 10AM check out and 5PM check in seems a bit too limiting in my opinion.
