vacation rental, located in the heart of South Oceanside! Inside, the unit is comfortable and modern, featuring mini-split heating and air conditioning throughout, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The loft features a king bed, while the living room provides a queen sofa sleeperfor extra sleeping space, accommodating up to four guests.

This pet-friendly loft allows your four-legged family members to enjoy the coastal experience alongside you. There is no designated parking for the unit, however street parking is available nearby. While the unit does not have ocean views or beachfront access, its convenient location puts the sand and surf within easy reach.

Located just a short stroll from the public beach access at Cassidy Street, this unit also offers easy access to local favorite restaurants and shops, making it an ideal base for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway to Oceanside.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    My overall trip was nice. The location is beautiful. The only thing I would say is it’s towards the back and the numbers weren’t really visible. I did have to call maintenance because the upstairs electricity wasn’t working and I wasn’t able to charge my devices. That was a little frustrating. Everything was clean, but I did see a lot of ants.

    A very cute loft apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Management and maintenance were SUPER responsive and friendly. Check-in process was a little cumbersome, but we made it through. It had street parking. You had to climb a set stairs from the street to the apartment, which were not lit well at night. However, we never felt like we were unsafe. The sofa really could be replaced. These few little things would not keep us from staying again! Overall, we had a very nice stay!

    Was told various beaches 15 minute walk when more like hour walk.Feel such a late check in and early check out with only choice to pay more for small time change worthless.Never approved maintenance coming when washer leaked but he showed up anyway, then felt unsure in using washer which further eroded trip.

    Lovely place for my stay in the Carlsbad area for work. Super clean, and fun place. Parking is on street about 1-2 blocks away, but not a big deal at all. Will be back if I need a place in the area again for myself.

    Super fun & great location Beachfront was quick to respond to our water being off for 4 hours - we were willing to go with water buckets to use for that last day . We learned a lot about the waterless tank. Walked the walk to the food truck too . Let people k is that it’s there - we told several of our neighbors about it
