Stayed Sep 16, 2025Our stay at this property was great. The home was immaculate and has a perfect layout. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping and the beach while still offering the quiet from all the downtown bustle. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 6, 2025This townhome was very nice, featuring three comfortable bedrooms. The place was clean and well-maintained. It was also just a short walk to the beach, which was a great bonus. The only reason I rated it four stars was because of the train noise. Although this was mentioned in the description, it turned out to be a bit louder than I expected, and it took me a few days to adjust my sleep schedule.This townhome was very nice. It has three bedrooms and they were very nice and comfortable. The place was nice and clean. It was a close walk to the beach, which is really nice. They only reason that I gave it. Four stars was because of the train noise and even though it was specified on the description, it was a little louder than I expected it and it took me a few days to adjust to my sleep. But that's on me.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025This property was very nice and spacious for our group. We arrived in the area early and I asked if we could park in the driveway, the host did one better for us and we were able to check in early. Easy access to the beach and the main areas and attractions in Oceanside. Easy walking to everything.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Older home, not enough towels and wash clothes. Freezer broken second bathroom small for 2 bedrooms to share.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024Property is in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The property management company was accessible and quick to answer questions. Like all properties in the area, the train bell can be heard periodically traveling through the area. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property.

Stayed May 24, 2024The house was very clean and nice. The mattresses were especially comfortable. I would stay there again. The location is perfect for going to the beach or walking around after dinner.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024The owner needs to add dressers/chest of drawers to the bedrooms. A chair would be nice too. We stayed more than a week and I guess we were expected to live out of a suitcase on the floor. Took a few days to get used to the trains and warning bells at all times of the day and night directly behind the property. Now the great stuff: Very nice modern house. Other than the trains, great location. Nice neighborhood close to the ocean, pier, restaurants, and nightlife. Be sure to checkout the market if you’re there on a Thursday. Add some dressers and chairs and I’d happily stay there again.

Stayed Mar 11, 2024This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed this Oceanside village home once again! It is blocks from the beach and shopping, though residing in a mostly quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The train route is essentially behind the property, but we found the sound of the crossing negligible. We will stay here again if available for our next trip to Oceanside.
