Stayed Dec 26, 2024The house is spacious and accommodating for our large group, including a large dining table and plenty of sofas - things that some large beach houses lack. It’s so close to the beach that we could take the young children back and forth easily.

Stayed May 16, 2024Overall, this house is a wonderful vacation spot for a large group. Location is outstanding, block away from beach and downtown Bethany Beach. The rooms and common areas are spacious The only disappointment is the large non/HD TV in the main common area is old, often didn’t work and should be upgraded to meet the standards of this beautiful home. I would highly recommend this home for any and all. The realtor was highly responsive making all aspects a great experience.
