The property is clean and well maintained. Our group of 11 had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped. The under counter ice maker was a great feature. The walk to the beach is short and convenient. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The pool in the back was a favorite spot for my grandsons. It was a great stay.

Ocean's Song is 10 stars out of 10 all the way! We enjoyed the spotless beach house with comfy indoor and outdoor gathering places, 5 spacious bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, outstandingly provisioned kitchen, beautiful pool area, and lots of beach chairs and accessories. Our host met our every need and provided many thoughtful extra touches. Plenty of parking area and a ping pong table, too!

The house is the finest beach house we have vacationed in as evidenced by our 6th consecutive family vacation here. The owner’s attention to every detail ensures you don’t have to worry about the “house” while enjoying your stay. We’ve already reserved Ocean Song for next summer. The cleanest VRBO that I've ever had. The house is stocked with everything including easy instructions for finding anything you need. Great location between the beach and the rec center. If my travels take me back to Isle of Plams I'll try to rent this house again.Tom H

What a wonderful week at Ocean’s Song. We recently stayed in this beautiful house that had everything we needed. Great golf is close as is the beach. We did not have great weather but we had a great time. Some of our favorite things were the covered porch areas, the elevator (very helpful for older folks and carrying supplies) and the office (three of us fought to work in there). All the rooms were beautifully styled. We highly recommend Ocean’s Song.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The owner is so organized and plans for everything imaginable for your stay. She is delightful to work with and responds quickly. Our family had the most wonderful week. We will definitely visit again.

The house was lovely. Exactly as pictured. Just bring your bags, everything else is supplied. They truly thought of everything. Great location. We rented a golf cart, easy access to everything. I took off a star due to the fact that the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty towels, unkempt beds, etc. it was extremely disappointing. Martha was apologetic and very responsive. She had a cleaning crew there about 2 hrs later. (They stayed until after 10:30pm) We had 4 nights booked, with a birthday surprise dinner and cake planned that night. So that was extremely disappointing and stressful but I guess these things happen. The pool was not useable as it was green with pollen/algae and likely needed to be shocked. We tried cleaning the back deck, chairs and pool ourselves, all of which were covered with pollen and debris. Having said that, the house was great, Martha was great, we believe her hired help failed her tremendously and unfortunately put a damper on our stay.

Fantastic location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Master bed slept wonderfully. Great layout. We really enjoyed our stay at the home.

This house was perfect in every way! Location is great to get to the beach! On a quiet street… it’s a beautiful well maintained spacious home! All bedrooms have their own baths. Air conditioning worked well as did the ceiling fans. Kitchen is a dream with an extra small refrigerator and ice maker. Our family played games and ping pong each evening. Host was very easy to communicate with and always got back to me quickly. We would and will definitely stay here again! Love love love this amazing vacation retreat!

Could not have been more pleased. We had the rec facility 1 block over and the ocean 1 block in front. All the rooms were very comfortable and well suited for a groups of 11 who ranged in age from 6 mos to 95 yrs. We are also a family that loves to cook and the kitchen-dining room was well stocked and suited all our needs.

My family had a wonderful time! 'Ocean's Song' is very well appointed and has clear information on how to find everything in the house. It is a great house for family reunions!

This house is, by leaps and bounds, the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in on vacation! Absolutely stunning and super clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, as was the rest of the house. Soooo many pool/beach towels, beach chairs, beach carts, and toys and games for the kids. The elevator was an absolute life saver for my special needs son and my father-in-law that can’t go up and down stairs very well. We literally unloaded the car into the garage and right into the elevator. It was so nice not having to lug everything up the stairs. The decor was beautiful and so homey. The couches were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! The outdoor spaces were also top notch. Also, the beds were so comfortable! I’m picky about mattresses and it was fantastic! There was so many places for the entire family to sit and relax as well as eat our meals. I could go on and on about how great this house is. I did NOT want to leave. The only advice I can give is to watch out for sand spurs on your way out to the beach! We thought we were clear to take our shoes off once we got off the grass but quickly learned to keep our shoes on until hitting the real soft sand beach. Stay here! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Martha, for being such an amazing host! We would love to return.

We had the most wonderful time and loved the house! The host has really made an effort to make you feel at home and it absolutely made our time in Isle of Palms relaxing. We appreciate the care and thought that went into accommodating our family.

Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the elevated boardwalk to the beach at station 26.

Extremely nice and well equipped home for our family beach trip. We had 5 adult, 5 teenagers and 1 child and all eleven of us were comfortable accommodated.The beach is only a partial block walk from the home and it was beautiful. We hit the weather just right this time.

Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen and plenty of sand toys and chairs and beach carts to transport the Littles back-and-forth to the beach. The pool was a wonderful plus as well. Extremely comfortable. An absolute pleasure for our beach stay.

We stayed at Ocean's Song for 2 weeks 2 years ago - and our sons and families joined us. It was so great that we decided to do it again - 2 years later. We recently completed our 2-week stay and could not have been happier. The house is wonderful and laid-out to make it really family-friendly. Everything you need is there, except food and drink; monogrammed beach towels, a well-appointed kitchen, TVs everywhere, great Internet, etc. We really appreciated the pool and the elevator, and the beach was a short walk away. However, the things that most define the house are its quality, cleanliness, attention to detail (e.g., all the light switches are labeled), and the sense that the owners really care about the house and their guests. Perhaps the biggest compliment came from our sons and their families - they asked if we could do this again in 2 years, and we plan to do so.

We stayed here - My wife and I, our 3 girls, My sister and her husband and their 3 girls, and our parents (6 adults & 6 kids). This house was perfect for us. This was probably the cleanest, nicest, and most well maintained VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was probably the best stocked we've ever had also.The internet was fast (good for streaming TV and for us to work). It was nice to have a separate office to set my laptop up in to work during the trip, and I could leave it out the whole time and not have to move it.The pool was great for the kids. The IOP park was one block away. Even with 12 of us in the house all taking showers in the evening and doing the dishes after dinner, we never ran out of hot water. The garage was very clean and it was great to have all that space in the garage to store things including the bikes we had rented for the week.It was a one block walk to the beach access and the chairs and wagons provided worked great for our beach visits. The only downside I can think of was that the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom were on the top floor; so that was 2 flights of stairs up. But there is an elevator if needed. We used the elevator to bring up groceries and suitcases, but most of the time just used the stairs. Highly recommend this house for a family or group of friends with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean's Song. The location was excellent with easy access to the beach. There was a park/playground within 2 blocks that our 6-year old really enjoyed. The grocery store and numerous restaurants were within a 5-minute golf cart ride that we rented for our stay.The house itself was very clean and organized. It was furnished with everything we needed for any cooking we wanted to do. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch on the 2nd level. Everyday started with coffee and breakfast on there and we usually enjoyed at least one other meal on it as well. What a great space!The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

This was our 5th year in a row of vacationing with family at Ocean’s Song. This property never disappoints and Martha always makes sure all our needs are met. There is plenty of room for the 12 of us including our Boykin Spaniel this year. We look forward to returning next year! Thanks Martha for sharing this wonderful vacation home with us!

This was the best house we ever rented. Martha definitely goes out of her way with all the little touches from the little soaps in all the bathrooms to the stuffed turtle our grandson fell in love with in the kids bedroom. The house had absolutely everything!!! The ice machine was very much appreciated as was the screened in porch.Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a stress free vacation!

We loved our time at Ocean’s Song. One of the most well-organized VRBO houses we have ever stayed at. Everything is labeled. Very clean and a great location!

We just spent a fantastic week in IOP. The weather was great, but the comfort and location of this house was what made it special. The home is beautifully decorated with a beach theme, but not over the top. The house was clean, the appliances were in good working order, and the layout made our family of 8 have the ability to be together without feeling crowded. Harris Teeter was within a 5 min drive, and the recreation dept park was only 2 blocks away. We went to the beach every day so the chairs and sand wagons that came with the house really simplified things.I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

The house was beautiful and immaculately kept! A perfect place for extended family to stay together. We loved the proximity to the beach and the rec center (playground and dog park) as well. Martha was super helpful and communicative for any questions. Would definitely stay again.

A very special home on the Isle of Palms. Clean with every amenity available. Being January, we did not use the pool or outside areas. The elevator was a great help for our group, some who had physical impairments. The porches were very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with very nice appliances. Living room furniture is very comfortable but hard to get out of being so soft. Loved the details this owner addressed like labels on every light and fan switch, wonderful soap, decor very coastal and attractive. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us. Would definitely return again. 5 star home all the way.

Family vacation with grandparents, aunt and uncle, house was gorgeous and well taken care of, elevator was perfect to help grandparents get up and down, master suit was beautiful, host was great at staying in touch before and throughout our stay, young children (3 and 5) loved the closeness to the beach and park, we also found a great playground at park circle in North Charleston tgat is highly recommended, would definitely recommend the property and stay there again if we ever have the chance

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was everything and more than expected! The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable! My large family had so much room to spread out! The pool area was awesome as well as the short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay there again!
