Stayed Jan 9, 2026We stayed here for our son’s youth basketball tournament. Pleasantly surprised by the garage filled with activities (ping pong, pop-a-shot, air hockey) and the relaxing hot tub! Very convenient to get around. I would definitely come back again!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025The location is lovely for access to the promenade and the beach. The games in the garage are great to play together in any weather. Space to store bikes if you bring them. Sand toys! And a wagon to take them to the beach. And creative family bedroom with bunks and a queen bed built into a single clever system — we didn’t even use the trundle Didn’t get to use the large hot tub sadly. But rain and sunshine, this is a well- thought out place for family gatherings

Stayed Aug 21, 2024I was in town for the Hood to Coast Relay and was told to find a stay in Seaside where the finish line would be. In terms of location, it was perfect. I loved morning walks at the beach to clear my mind. There are cute shops nearby for coffee and roaming. I wish it had one more bedroom, but we made it due to the use of all the space with 9 of us in the house. Comfy couches that turned into beds at nighttime. Loved the wagon to use for beach items, I would invest in small cooler as well. It fit our needs, and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022This house was truth truly the perfect beach rental home from my family! The house was clean and well-maintained and had every amenity that we needed! I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone that was looking to stay in the town of Seaside and be near the beach. We were able to walk into town every day. From the house to the beach is a beautiful 10-15 minute walk down the colonnade. We would definitely rent this house again!
