The beach, the view, the hot tub made our vacation the phenominal experience that it was. The house it's self was dated and a bit cluttered but it was clean and comfortable. The carpets in the bedrooms were cleaned as best they could be but they are old and have a tad of a smell. We did not use or intend to use the detached bedroom in the garage, but I did step in there and I would not personally want to stay in there due to the smell, lack of windows and lack of bathroom access. I would absolutely choose to stay in a house, directly on the beach with a hot tub again

Really loved the property grounds with lots of places for windbreaks and loved the fire pit for making s’mores. Kitchen is well equipped.

We had an amazing time for our four day stay. This place is dog friendly and everything was perfect!

Location is amazing, gorgeous views, path to beach right next door, hot tub is awesome, nicely protected deck so little wind. House is a little cold due to baseboard heating, all separated by rooms, and master bed is a king which is great, but seems rather worn as it has huge canyon in the middle. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Overall we had a nice stay here. The view from the deck is stunning and home is well equipped. While the description notes that the 3rd bedroom is in a cabana, it’s important to know that it’s detached and without a bathroom. Only one of the 2 bathrooms has a sink and overall the home would be very tight for more than 4. We went for a rainy 5 days and while the storm watching with the lovely wood stove would have been epic, sadly none of the living room seating faces the view (there’s a different sectional than is shown in pics). I’d suggest the owner swap out the 2 small hard benches for 4 comfy dining chairs. For that reason I’d opt for this home only for nicer weather when I could fully enjoy the deck.

It had a very well stocked kitchen and was an easy walk to Manzanita. We only used the 2 bedrooms in the house so I can't comment on the building containing the beds not in the main house. There is no bathroom in the outer building, so you have to walk outside to the main house to use the bathroom. Probably not a problem in warm weather. The main bedroom is a bit cramped as the king bed really fills up the room, but it wasn't a problem for us. Overall, we loved it!!

We’ve stayed at a lot of places on the Oregon coast, but this ranks as one of the best. Beautiful beach great accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub overlooking the ocean is the best. Easy walk to town. We couldn’t have asked for anymore.

Location was great. House was cozy, but no working TV and other appliances were in need of repair.

The home is comfy- the giant couch and king bed are things you don't want to get out of once you sink in. We loved our stay. Big bonus was the surround sound in the living room and it even has a wood burning stove! Love it!

The cottage itself has lots of beach character and a well stocked kitchen. It would be a crowded stay for any more than 4-5 guests based on the bathroom layout, and the extra bedroom (that theoretically sleeps 3) is detached from the house. Although the house is certainly clean, there is a doggy aroma in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay, especially renting bicycles and riding on the beach.
