House was great, it was amazing being right on the beach. Our kids loved being right there, it was a 10/10 vacation for them. The house is nicely located near Corolla and the Wright Brothers National Memorial. Just be aware of the early check-out, it’s listed clearly, just an extra mention.

This house was incredible! So many unique things and the space is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. One of the cleanest homes we have rented. The reviews are all accurate. This place is amazing!

The location is wonderful. You are on the beach with beautiful decks and seating areas. The beach is lovely, especially for walking. The house is nicely appointed. Very comfortable and spacious. We had a few questions that were answered promptly. We loved the proximity to local stores for groceries as we preferred to cook our meals and enjoyed them in the spacious dining room or outside on the many decks. We plan to return again!

It was perfection. Truly. An exquisite way to relax and decompress. We hope to return next year.

An amazing property with beach front access and sunrise views. House was a perfect location for a stop to explore the OBX. Grocery store and dine-out options within 5 minutes. Kitty Hawk and Corolla nearby. House was immaculate and well stocked. Beds are super comfortable. Even plush towels. Sunny afternoons for lunch on the beach-side deck. Added plus was welcoming our rescue dog who travels with us and loves beach walks and sniffs. We hope to return for an extended visit.

This property is without a doubt the best VRBO we have stayed in! Very comfortable, everything we needed was there for us. The hostess was quick to reply when I had questions before arrival. This is our second stay here and we are looking forward to returning.

Pet friendly but did not have ruminants of past pets (no odors, stains, etc). Extremely clean. Kitchen well stocked and functional. A lot bigger and brighter than expected. Easy access to the beach out the back door. deck area fenced in with a gate. Would recommend!

The house is exceptional and has all one could expect. Interaction with the host is exceptional as well. Any and all issues were addressed in a short period os time. Highly recommend this stay.

This comfortable cottage is our favorite home away from home. We love staying here because it feels like home and has whatever we need for an enjoyable stay: the kitchen has plenty of dishes/utensils/appliances, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty of linens, and we can pack light because of the washer/dryer. Outside has lots of tables/seating, and the access to the beach is perfect. The home is also ideally situated for access to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and also other part of the outer banks

We had another lovely stay at your home. We are getting older now so R&R is our focus. All of the amenities make it easy to enjoy the house. That being said as older people, we both found the furniture very soft and you sink in and it’s hard to get out of. I’m sure that’s not a problem for younger folk, but I think worth mentioning.Thank you for allowing us to use your home. It’s truly a great location.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It had everything we look for, a well maintained house with direct access to the beach, and with the outer deck providing spectacular views of the ocean, it made for a relaxing week at the beach.

This was an amazingly good location with obviously easy access to the beach and a convenient distance from groceries, etc. But I can’t say enough about how comfortable and pleasant the home is. We have rarely stayed in a rental location that felt so little like a garden-variety vacation rental and so much like a home. We stumbled upon this as a last-minute rental and immediately began looking forward to returning for at least a two-week stay. Also, communication with the owner could not have been better. We had a couple of questions early on and her responses were very quick and very helpful. The home itself, and the friendliness of the owner, make this an ideal vacation spot.

This is our third year coming to this house. It has everything you need which makes our travel and packing easy. Can't beat being right on the beach and also so close to shops and restaurants. Will return.

This is the third time we stayed here, the last being about 8 years ago. The property is well-maintained and only improved over the years. Everything you need for a great vacation is here. The house includes all bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach accessories (multiple umbrellas, 8 chairs, even kayaks.If you are a family it is fantastic to pack only your clothes for a vacation. Then just buy groceries at Food Lion or Walmart about a mile away a d you are good to go.The beach access is incredible and even with OBX’s recently built up dunes, it is literally 30 seconds from the home’s deck slider to the sand. We don’t even bring a cooler onto the beach as it’s 30-60 seconds back to the house from the ocean.The dune deck and primary decks are both great.Rent this home. You will not be sorry.

This home has everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. The layout works great for all ages. The location is perfect, close to stores, but you never have to leave either. Sunrise on the beach is stunning.

Very close to restaurants, entertainment. Escape room was great. Was excited to find a Crumbl close by. House is well equipped, nicely secluded with awsome beach. Will be back.

The property had everything and more. It was perfect for our family or four and two dogs. The owner was easily accessible with any questions, the house had everything you needed. We enjoyed our time and would love to return again.

Enjoyed staying again at this wonderful oceanfront home, just steps from the water. Love the dune deck for yoga and coffee at sunrise and all the original art throughout the home. Since our last stay there are new kitchen appliances and freshened decor (lamps, pillows, linens). The two-wing bedroom layout is ideal.

Seascape was beautiful, well stocked and maintained and obviously well cared for home. The views of the ocean from the Master bedroom and decks were outstanding. It is set up great for a family with kids or a multi generation family trip with the two separate sleeping wings off of the main living area. The gated decks and outdoor shower made for some happy little kids and our dog as they could enjoy playing outdoors safely. We’re used to staying on a quieter road further south, but the views and home more than made up for the traffic and we will definitely look to stay here again when we plan our next trip.

This house was absolutely perfect- close to the beach, house stocked with books, games, and everything you need in the kitchen, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. I also loved the layout which provided a wing for the kids and another for the adults. Our favorite part by far were the extensive decks and outdoor space which made it even more comfortable.

There were 3 couples and plenty of room in the house. We were very comfortable with all of the amenities and really enjoyed staying on the property. The views were amazing. It is in a perfect location! We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time at the beach. Were fortunate enough to see a whale, meteor shower, and lots of dolphins during our stay.

We and our friends like to come to OBX every year, off-season, and we always stay at Seascape. We found this gem years ago and have been returning annually ever since. It's a cozy retreat with the feeling of a home. The host is always changing or updating something in the house each year, which shows the love she has for it. We like coming off-season; but for those who like to come in-season, it's right on the beach for easy access and convenient to anything in the outer banks

My daughter and I (and our small dogs) enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. We had everything we needed and the location and private beach were perfect. We were there during the off-season, celebrating a quiet and relaxing getaway for my birthday. Love it that the main part of the house is one level. The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be updates for the living room couches and mattresses. Other that, everything was wonderful, even though we did have to leave 2 days early due to strong rains, winds, and flash flood warnings. Hope to make it back for another week in the future.

Right in the heart of everything Outer Banks. Fantastic views from a lovely porch. Beds are super comfortable. Indoor relaxing is comfortable and the place has everything you need. The owner responds promptly.

This beautiful property was just perfect for our family. My husband has limited mobility due to having toes amputated on both feet. This cottage offered easy assess to the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and decking that went all the way to the beach. He was able to be a part of the action, watching his sons surf and his grandson play in the ocean. There were so many places for the family to dine. We enjoyed eating most meals outside on the roomy decks. There are four tables available for outdoor dining. The way the cottage is designed, it offers privacy for everyone. My husband and I enjoyed the main bedroom that has its own private wing. Our grown children's bedrooms were located in the wing on the other side of the home. They were able to stay up later and go downstairs and play pool and we never were disturbed by any noise they made. The home is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with towels, beach towels, and whatever you may need to have fun on the beach. The location is perfect. It is located so near grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy. You can quickly pick up what you need without missing out on precious beach time. This is the perfect property for a multi-generational family to enjoy. We made beach memories that we will treasure forever. The property owner was kind and kept us informed of everything we needed to do to have an enjoyable stay. Our entire family voted this as the number one property we have ever rented. Feeling blessed to have stayed there

This is our second stay here and we had a wonderful time. The house has an incredible deck sitting atop the dune overlooking the beach and ocean that is great for enjoying a drink coffee, beer wine etc. in the brief moments when our kids were sleeping. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have the ocean and waves crashing right outside your bedroom. If my 2-year old weren't waking me up at 6 am I could have slept for hours. Super convenient. We walked to Steemers for dinner. We actually ate there three times including the two take-out orders. And there is the ice cream place and pizza and subs all a short walk away. And we didn't have to fight any traffic coming in or going out which is really nice . the house has everything we needed and beautiful new fridge and oven and everything we needed for the beach didn't have to bring a thing from home. Overall had a wonderful time!

Would stay again with family

First time to OBX. Wonderful central location, we went north to Corolla to see horses and south past Nags head for a fishing charter. Being right on beach without crowds can’t be beat -absolutely loved that!! Well stocked home with beach towels, chairs etc. as listed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home.

House has a very good location. Could use some upgraded furniture and mattresses. Not the best comfort. Umbrellas and chairs provided for beach are just ok. The beach front location is nice and easy to access.
