Step into oceanfront luxury, where the welcoming entry leads you upstairs or into the private ground-floor suite, which features a kitchenette, living area, queen bed, full bathroom, and screened lanai—perfect for guests seeking added privacy and comfort.

On the second floor, you’ll find the stunning primary suite with a king bed, breathtaking ocean views, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step onto the expansive balcony to relax in the lounge seating and enjoy the coastal breeze. This level also includes an additional king room and two additional queen bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom.

The third floor showcases the home’s main living space designed around panoramic ocean views, along with the 6th bedroom. Gather in the spacious living room after a beach day and enjoy the fireplace during cooler evenings. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a dining area and a wet bar that opens to the oversized balcony. The 6th bedroom doubles as a flexible office or lounge space and includes a queen pullout bed with access to a full bathroom from both the bedroom and hallway.

Outside, enjoy your own private coastal retreat. Relax by the pool and spa, unwind in the loungers, or gather at the tiki bar and outdoor entertaining area. A private beach walkover leads directly to a quiet stretch of sand, cars are not permitted in front of the villa. The drive-on beach access is located just a few blocks south. End your evenings around the firepit with ocean views and s’mores under the stars. Oceanfront Villa offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unforgettable beachfront living.This home offers 4-5 car maximum parking on-site. Please note there is no elevator.

Sixth Bedroom - Pullout sofa, bathroom with walk in shower. Office desk space, window seat.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements - We offer 2 queen blow up mattresses. We also have 2 pack n plays available at the property and a high chair.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

No Pets Permitted.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
