The Space:

Bedroom two includes a king bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a queen bed, smart TV, private entry, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. A fourth full bathroom with walk-in shower serves common areas. The living room wraps around a sectional couch positioned before a fireplace and smart TV with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the ocean. The open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, counter seating for five, and flows into a dining area with a table for eight surrounded by ocean views. A separate office nook includes a desk, smart TV, and couch behind a sliding glass partition for remote work or quiet reading. Downstairs, the game room features a pool table, arcade game, smart TV, and lounge seating for entertaining. The private oceanfront deck extends to the edge of the bluff with an eight-person outdoor dining table, firepit, and hot tub where you can soak while watching the sunset. Downtown Ventura is a 10-minute drive south, where you'll find Ventura Harbor Village with waterfront dining, Island Packers for Channel Islands excursions, and seasonal whale watching tours. The Ventura Pier and Promenade are 15 minutes away with beachside cafes and bike rentals. ☀️ Surfers Point at Seaside Park is 12 minutes south for consistent waves and the Ventura River Trail trailhead for biking and walking. From Santa Barbara, drive 30 miles south on Highway 101 (35 minutes). Santa Barbara Airport is 35 miles north. Burbank Airport is 60 miles southeast. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 75 miles south (1.5 hours). Downtown Ventura is 10 minutes by car. Malibu is 45 minutes south. Ojai is 40 minutes northeast via Highway 33.
