Stayed Apr 30, 2025Perfect space with three bedrooms with en suites. Direct walk to the beach. Nice outside porch/deck. Should use pest control quarterly not annually.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023The location is great but the condo could use some updates and additional amenities. The bedroom on the bottom floor could have used a fan for some air circulation. It was a little musty. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrades. The carpet in the living room was rolled up and needs repair. It was right by the door and a tripping hazard, especially for our older family members. The bathroom door upstairs didn’t close well. Ac never got to temp, even though I set it to 67 it always stayed in the 70s. There were no amenities like Kleenex, shampoo or conditioner, coffee or beach towels. For people traveling from out of state, those amenities would have been appreciated. Beach towels for a beach rental seem like an obvious amenity that should be included. Overall, good location but needs some improvements and upgrades to match the price.

Stayed Nov 9, 2022We stayed for 10 days in November and rank this in the top of our beach get aways. Everything was as advertised and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Will definitely have this on our list for future rental.
