Oceanfront Townhome - No-Drive Beach, Steps to Pool + Stunning Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and had everything you needed for your stay. The communication was excellent. The beach view was amazing! We would absolutely stay here again.

The absolute perfect beach getaway location! The property is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is completely stocked: spices, condiments, pots, pans, coffee maker... even tupperware for leftovers. Jessica was quick to respond if we had any questions at all, and even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Location in respect to the beach and pool is perfect. The love bugs were EVERYWHERE and unfortunately managed to get in the condo quite a bit. So we could not enjoy the patios as much as we would’ve liked. Issue with the cable service and internet hindered our working vacation so we had to cut it short. Jessica and her team worked to make things right but unfortunately were at the mercy of their provider, Spectrum. We took a star off because of these things. We would definitely stay here again. Customer service was 5 star!

This condo is perfect. You are right on the beach and have direct access to the pool, with all beach and pool toys provided. The condo itself was clean and perfect for our small family. The host was super responsive, answering any questions that we had. We would definitely come back again.

This is a very nice townhouse. Exceptionally clean,with unobstructed views of the ocean from living room on the main floor and primary bedroom, 2nd floor. Nice size kitchen with an 8 person table. The second bedroom is on top level with queen bed and a set of bunks. We’ve rented 11 houses/ condos/ townhouses in the last 11 years. This is by far the one with the most supplies. Everything you could possibly need inside is there, including coffee and teas with every condiment. Beach towels, toiletries , etc,etc,etc. The garage is full of beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, 2 bikes, games galore and all sorts of sand/ beach toys.The host was great and always ready to answer questions.

Unit was as listed and extremely well stocked with linens, kitchen had everything you need and had seasonings along with coffee, tea, instant oats. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this is our favorite. The main bedroom is on the 3rd floor and bunk room on the 4th

Perfect location for a calm safe beautiful haven.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ocean Vista beach house in New Smyrna Beach! The view was breathtaking—truly the kind of ocean view you dream about when planning a beach vacation. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived.One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen. It was so thoughtfully stocked that we were able to prepare all the side dishes to take to our Friendsgiving Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people with ease! That level of care and attention to detail truly impressed us.The townhome community was peaceful and quiet, offering a nice sense of privacy. The location was ideal—far enough from the hustle and bustle of Flagler Avenue to enjoy tranquility, yet close enough to easily access restaurants, shops, and local attractions.We loved it so much that we’ve already planned several return trips for next year. Ocean Vista will definitely be our go-to spot in New Smyrna Beach!

Very nice unit. Updated. Love the location! The pool is right outside the back door. This unit is very well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes, and games in the garage. The kitchen and bathrooms are also very well stocked. We would love to stay here again. Great view of the ocean, on a beach with no cars. Highly recommend.

Everything about this property was exactly as described. The view is stunning. The home is updated and beautiful. The home is so well stocked! Just bring yourselves, they have thought of everything! Communication and check in was great. The beach was great too, not too crowded at all. The pool was clean and never crowded. We would absolutely stay again.

We were in NSB to attend a bridal shower. We had a great time at the beach house. It is updated and very comfortable, a modern, well-stocked kitchen, including snacks! Everything you could want is provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with all the possible amenities for beach stay. Super clean with excellent bedding and furniture. Digital Guide Book provided by owners was an amazing addition and chock full of suggestions for the area. This place is special and I hope to return soon.

The unit was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home—truly everything you could possibly need while away. With two spacious bedrooms and three full baths, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax.The location couldn’t have been better—on the first floor with direct access to the pool, and in a quiet, small complex right on the no-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.The hosts went above and beyond, checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect and responding quickly to any questions. It had a true resort-style feel, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a relaxing stay.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Five stars, no question.
