Stayed May 6, 2026Our stay was perfect. Right at the beach. Check in was easy, the home was very clean and spacious and no issues at all. It was even stocked with beach chairs and body boards which was an added bonus.

Stayed Feb 19, 2026Everything was great, Natasja could not have been better. She worked with us on changes, and was so helpful. The unit was very nice, next to the beach, and you can see Flagler from the driveway, so close. We will book here again. Best place we have stayed in New Smyrna.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025House was in a good location close to walk to everything. The house was not set up well no shampoo and conditioner in showers we did see a few dead roaches and one alive. Cobweb and dusty. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable couch was awkward and not comfortable. Chairs were dirty. This property could be Luxury decorated so good and has great location but it's not. We had a great weekend in NSB with family

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This property was steps away from the beach and just as described in the listing. The property is well taken care of and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check is was extremely easy. There are beach towels and chairs provided, but you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you need more. There are cars parked on the beach and travelling up and down the beach which takes up a good portion of the sandier areas. There are a lot fees that will be imposed if you do not follow all the cleaning rules, but overall a great place to stay at NSB!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025This house is no doubt in a GREAT location. You'll have a great view of the beach and you can walk directly down onto the beach using the boardwalk just steps away from the house. Flager street is just a 5 minute walk as well. Communication with the property manager was great. She was quick to respond.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with great views of the beach. New Smyrna Beach is a nice town to visit and is a good jumping off point for Orlando, St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024I have rented several properties in NSB over the years and this is by far my favorite! Beautiful view, can’t beat the location (can walk to beach and Flagler Ave) and the layout is perfect for adults and teens. Not ideal for families with younger children or people who aren’t good with stairs.
