The house is very much what you see in the pictures. The view is way more stunning in person! We had an awesome trip to IOP and the check in process was very simple. My two qualms is the house needs a repaint (but you can tell that in the photos) and there were only 6 wine glasses. I ordered 8 more wine glasses and left them so maybe that's no longer an issue in the future.Heating the pool was very worth it it was very warm!

It's near the grocery store and has easy to the mainland. There's plenty of room and being on the beach with a pool and nice porches makes it ideal.

We have stayed at this house before and both times had great experiences. The beach is a minute walk out the back door and you pass the pool on the way. The pool is perfect. We spent more time in the pool than the ocean. The house is well stocked for cooking in, lots of bedrooms each with its own en-suite, and was clean upon arrival. The condition is above average with.some of the normal wear and tear you get when so close to the ocean. There were some updates since our last stay here four years ago. The main room is large and there is a separate tv/playroom that is great for kids. The main living space has lots of seating areas for games, conversation and meals. East island was attentive when we needed more glasses and cups.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Isle Of Palms since 1979 and this was the first time that everyone said the house was great, and they wanted to come back to the same house next year. I agreed. The house is not perfect but all it needs is a little love and attention to some outside maintenance for rust and paint.

The kitchen area had everything we needed to provide great meals for our group. The decks and pool were enjoyed on a daily basis. Access to the beach made it easy to talk daily walks. Charleston was an easy drive and had an incredible variety of historic places to visit. We especially enjoyed the horse drawn carriage ride and our visit to Boone plantation.I can’t say enough about East Island Rentals. They went above and beyond to make our stay one I will long remember!

Never heard anybody moving around early in the morning as we had some early risers. First rental that that has ever happened in! Only complaints were that the fireplaces did not work, the upstairs sliding glass doors were very hard to open and even harder to close. We would for sure still book this house again if needing to.

There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms in the house. The rental included 2 dishwashers, 2 toasters, several coffee makers/Keurig and 2 micro waves. You can tell it was set up for a large amount of visitors. The pool was lovely and the beach was steps away. We all had an amazing time. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at C Breeze several years now and love its location, it's spacious bedrooms, the pool, and of course, the beautiful beach and ocean views. The home has everything a large family needs to have fun, eat and sleep comfortably and enjoy the ocean at your toetips. Older generations can sit on the porch and watch the fun and get around with the help of the elevator.. we rarely leave the house because groceries can be delivered in the kids are fully entertained by the beach, the pool and the huge covered garage/skating ring below the house. But if one wants to explore, the Isle of Palms is a beautiful quaint village Charleston and all of its wonders are close by as well.We love this place and you will too!

Our large group of 16 had plenty of space with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the porches facing the ocean were stunning! Being oceanfront and watching the sunrise every morning was a dream. The kitchen was well stocked with a few missing essentials, but nothing big. Access to the beach was a breeze and we loved having the pool as well. We had some small issues with the pool and heater upon arrival, but the rental agency was very responsive. The home didn’t provide beach gear so we rented through one of the companies they recommended, and that was perfect. Would definitely return!
