When we've had an issue, East Island Rentals has been prompt to help and resolve. They always make it right. We couldn't recommend it enough!

We were 3 families with little kids and spent everyday at the beach and the pool. The house slept us comfortably and also provided plenty of space during the day so we didn’t feel on top of each other. We opted to get the hot tub heated, but not the pool- the pool was the perfect temp for us over April vacation week. Our only critique would be that we wished there was a little bit of shade down by the pool. We used a rented beach tent and our baby tent to make it work. We also liked that the house was close enough to walk to the restaurants/bars, but not close enough that we were hearing partying at night. Overall, we had a perfect week and would love to rent this house again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025The entire property was exceptional. The kitchen was very well appointed which lent to a successful Christmas celebration for several days. There was plenty of room to accommodate our family of 13. Highly recommend this ocean property. Totally first class!

Stayed Apr 9, 2025This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! House was clean and well equipped for our large group. We had a little confusion about the hot tub as there is an extra charge to have it heated, but that was quickly addressed, and our crew was happy! The rooms are comfortable and the furnishings fresh and everything was very clean. This will be on our list to book again!

We loved it so much that we have already booked it for next year. We had everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing vacation at the beach. The hot tub and pool were wonderful and the house was spotless. Nothing was lacking, as far as amenities. The management company was so helpful and always responded to any questions we had.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Property was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels for all of our guests was great! Beds were super comfortable! View of the beach was spectacular! Sliding doors were a bit hard to open. Water pressure master bathroom sinks very low. Requested multiple times to try to check in early and was suppose to get a call or text when house was ready. That never happened. Overall beach house was great! Wish we would have had more time to actually stay at the house and enjoy the view and relax ! We would definitely re-visit!
