Oceanfront Single Family Home South Mission Beach

The house was great! It had everything we needed and was a perfect location. It was just a short walk to coffee shops, Belmont Park and restaurants. It was nice having beach toys and chairs. The house was very clean and nicely updated.

My family loved staying here. On the beach and communication with the Host was great. House was clean and well stocked.

Best possible location. Very well equipped and convenient. We appreciated the three bicycles and beach toys, and they’re very well equipped in stock kitchen. Huge outdoor patio with two tables and umbrellas right on the promenade.

Location was great

We were more than happy with everything about our stay at Mission Beach. Our host actually stopped by to take care of some TV issues, but we didn't come to Mission Beach to watch TV :) . The location was excellent and we used the cruiser bikes several times. All appliances worked great and we will stay here again if our plans allow.

Great location, well stocked house and comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the supplies for the beach - towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards. It’s a basic house for a small group.

Very easy check in and out host

Unclear which room is the master i would think it would be the king bed but its not its the queen with the bathroom kitchen was clean house well stocked with kitchen utensils and boogie boards.

This house was everything we expected. Great location, ocean views,large front patio that’s perfect for relaxing while people watching. The house is stocked with all kinds of fun beach essentials-bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc.The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. We will be renting here again for sure!

Had problems with living room tv kept buffering. No remote for bedroom but host got one for us. We had to spray for ants. Probably any season. No big deal. Comfortable nice views of beach. Airplanes going over from 630 am to 11 was kind of annoying. Lots of traffic but nice places to go and est

Had a great time, only complaint was the weather, sun was shining for only about an hour the whole weekend. Great spot for a relaxing vacation to catch up with family, would definitely stay there again.

My husband, sister and I stayed at this comfortable house right on Mission beach. All of us 80 year olds became volleyball enthusiasts watching all the games across from the patio. The house has comfortable seating and provides a great selection of cooking pots and utensils as well lots of dishes, linens and towels. The owners were very helpful. It was a great week on Mission Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The location was the best part. We loved being right on the boardwalk. It allowed us to go to the beach as much as we wanted without having to pack kids and supplies into the car.There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels. It was nice to have a pack and play available so we didn’t have to fly with a crib.The only downside was the cleaning status. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely cleaned. However, on arrival one of the beds had clearly been slept in and not changed. The house overall could use a deep cleaning (lots of dust, dirty blinds, outdoor furniture not cleaned, etc). It wasn’t enough to bring down my overall rating, but some more attention to housekeeping would be a good idea.I would absolutely stay here again, but I hope it’s a little cleaner next time.

We had an incredible 5 nights at Grace's Place. This home is one-of-a-kind: A standalone, 3 bedroom oasis a short hop over the boardwalk to the beach, volleyball, and ocean. The kitchen is nicely outfitted for all of the seafood cooking we did, the outdoor space is wonderful for enjoying the sun at home, and the home is spacious and open enough for everyone to spread out or watch movies and play games together. We absolutely loved our stay at Graces Beach House! The location was perfect on the boardwalk/beach and close to everything. It had everything that we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed our daily walks as well as watching the volleyball games. The sunsets were beautiful! The hosts were amazing! We can hardly wait to come back! Thank you so very much!

We enjoyed using Grace’s Beach House as our home away from home for spring break. The extras were perfect for our group- the kids enjoyed the beach toys and inside puzzles/ games. Thank you for sharing this space with us!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beach is just steps from the door. Our 6 year old loved walking every morning looking for seashells and sand dollars. The house has plenty of sand toys and beach towels/chairs. It also has a really well stocked kitchen with basic spices, Tupperware, even Saran Wrap and ziplock bags, a variety of pots/pans that don’t stick and knives that actually cut! It’s in a great location at the south end of mission beach, which is definitely much quieter for families with small children. And a perfect launch point for SeaWorld and the zoo. This place is a real gem!

Very nice location, perfect spot for small family right across from the beach. Our kids loved being able to sit in the patio and run over to play in the sand and water. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking or playing. Plenty of sand toys and towels as well as beach chairs. The patio was also really nice. Easy to check in, and we appreciated being able to get in a little early. We would definitely stay again. I also appreciated that it was a single unit.

The location on the quiet end of Mission Beach. The location was convenient to go to the zoo and Old Town. It was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen had the dishes and cooking supplies the make meals. Pat was very helpful answering the questions we had. It was a great trip!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old and loved every minute. Being right on the beach was amazing and we were a 7 minute walk to a playground and near so many amenities. The house was great and had everything we could need. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was the perfect cozy spot along the boardwalk to spend my 40th birthday with my husband and our kids. It was outside of the busiest areas so the spot was quiet and peaceful but you could easily walk to Belmont Park for brunch or dinner. We enjoyed our time here and appreciated the great communication, easy check in, and available parking.

Myself and 3 friends stayed in this property for a long weekend in Nov. We had a lovely time. The location is wonderful - right on the boardwalk, oceanview, can walk to tons. Nice they offer bikes (and locks). Kitchen had a few spices (no oils or condiments) and we used the grill. I would stay here again for sure. Pat even let us drop our bags early and he let my friends stay 1 hour past check out! Sunsets are so nice here! Plenty of towels and pillows! Would recommend the bar The Pennant right there - food in the back is cash only. Was a nice dive bar. Random things I was not expecting and want to pass along (not big deals, but worth mentioning): I was mailed a paper lease to sign and return. There is a credit card fee that doesn't show up until you try to book. These are just FYIs and did not affect my stay.

I wanted some nice quiet family time before the craziness of the holidays hit. The weather was perfect, and the beach was beautiful.

Had a great long weekend stay with family. The private patio right on the boardwalk and all the included beach chairs and toys were awesome to have access to. A little dated, but perfectly nice place to stay. Easy communication with the hosts about check in and check out. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but I believe Pat is nearby if needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Host was very easy to communicate with, location is awesome and it’s just as advertised. Tons of amenities and the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. We will be back!

Fantastic property! Location is superb for beach, restaurants, grocery, marina, etc. Communication with owner was easy, along with check-in process. Highly recommend, and will stay there again if we get the chance.

Had the best time ever! Very clean, comfortable beds. Everything you need to stay! We enjoyed staying there it was easy to get to! Parking was ok for one car! Lots of beach towels, coffee pods and other items! Would definitely stay again

Stayed for a week. Great location in S. Mission. Right on the boardwalk. Property was perfect. Clean and well stocked.
