Oceanfront Retreat with Panoramic Views

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! It had exactly what we needed and was beautifully decorated and comfy. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful views. Our only complaint would be that one of the beach chairs was broken and the umbrella for the table on the porch was missing. We loved the place so much we may come back.

My husband and i stayed at this incredible house with my mother in law for 4 night's. It was well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels equipped kitchen. Beth even left water and beer in the fridge. The views are beautiful. I highly recommend this home for your beach get away. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tipsy Turtle. Unobstructed views of the ocean, super quiet beach, all the amenities in the house you could need. We had big plans of exploring the area and eating out at local restaurants but when it came down to it we barely left the house as it was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. We were so sad to leave but hope to be back.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with all our in house needs. Well stocked with beach items such as towels and chairs The gas grill was new and used for family grilling. The beach view was amazing in the house and outside on the deck. Nice private beach.

This was our second time staying at The Tipsy Turtle and it’s just as amazing as I remember! Communication is excellent, floor plan is perfect, beach is amazing, all the things.

Very large, open house that is literately steps from the ocean. The back deck stairs lead you right into the sand. Very private beach. Huge open kitchen that is VERY well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, prep knives that are actually sharp. We had 10 family members eating together with no issues. The garage was large enough for our Ford F150, plus my daughter's small SUV. Other family members parked on paved driveway area. Furnishing, bedding, beach chairs, towels were all very nice. You basically just need to bring your clothes and food. A well-kept property that we respectfully treated like our own. I spoke with owns due to an A/C issue, which they responded to immediately. Problem was out of their control but couldn't have asked for better customer service and attention. We will most definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Our family greatly enjoyed staying at Tipsy Turtle! We were greeted with a lovely gift bag and a fridge with cold drinks. The house was spotless and had plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well as beach towels. There was an abundance of beach supplies…chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We didn’t even need the things we brought. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed for making meals. We had dinner out at several of the recommended restaurants which we greatly enjoyed. Cap’s on the Water and Aunt Kate’s were our favorites. Be aware that this house has lots of stairs which is to be expected in a beach house, but this lovely home might be difficult for older adults and if the infant in our party had been more mobile I’d have been concerned about him taking a tumble down the stairs. Also be aware that the driveway is tight and it took some maneuvering to enter and exit with our SUV (Honda Pilot) and pulling onto A1-A can be tricky. One must be very cautious. However, the view from the living room and deck was exactly what we needed as we had one recovering from a medical incident and others who just needed to decompress! We spent long hours just watching the waves and soaking up the sun from the deck or on the beach. It was as though we had a private beach for the entire week. We all agreed we’d come back to this house again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a group of 6 ages 4-70 and everyone had a wonderful time. Every day we all went for a long walk searching for shells, sea glass and shark teeth. My kids loved being able to do this with their grandparents. The beach was so easily accessible for everyone. Also, if my parents wanted to take a break inside or up on the deck, they were still able to watch the kids play on the beach. The views were breathtaking. The bedroom layout was great with plenty of space for all of us. We made family dinners most nights in the well-prepared kitchen. Both the property manager and owner were so kind and helpful. This house is set up perfectly to have the most enjoyable vacation.The location is wonderful. Beyond being beachfront, there are restaurants and a grocery store within a short driving distance. We went to St. Augustine (which was close and so fun) for a few meals out and to tour the fort. The house felt secluded and private, but not isolated.My parents are already planning another trip to this house because we all loved it so much!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The house is just as it is described and pictured. It was tastefully decorated - not too much and not too little. The house itself is roomy and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. You are LITERALLY steps away from the beach. As long as you bring your groceries, everything else you would need is right there. We did not leave the house but I know that there are nice restaurants somewhat close by. We had a small issue which was addressed immediately so communication is A. I cannot stress enough how perfect this house is. THANK YOU for everything.

This home is spacious, and stunning. The ocean is steps away, and we enjoyed shelling and short walks. The homeowner thought of every amenity to get our stay started, even a generous gift bag.! Although the weather was a bit cool for us ( we live 4 hours South which is generally warmer)

The house is very comfortable, very well decorated, and very well equipped. You are directly on the beach. The beachfront is very private. Nothing but other private houses close by. Moonrises are spectacular. You are an easy 10–15-minute drive South into St Augustine and another easy 15-minute drive North into Ponte Vedra. Several Great waterfront restaurants close by. Plenty of easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loved the location. Loved the House. Would go back again.

We loved the house and so spacious. The views were amazing and great location to St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra. The location is like your very own private beach. We loved the isolation feeling.
