Oceanfront property with spectacular views of Acadia Park and cruise ships.

Amazing views of Acadia National Park. Would book again if in the area!!

This house is the perfect place for a group that can benefit from extra bedrooms and bathrooms while still enjoying cozy together time. I love traveling with extended family, but spreading out is a huge help. My dad got the bedroom with the en-suite. My son and his friend took the bedroom with 2 beds. I took the other main floor bedroom and shared the hall bath with the boys. My aunt and uncle took the upstairs bed and bath which gave them a chance to separate from the herd. The boys loved kayaking right out from the house and exploring the changing tides. It was wild! We played cards at the dining room table. We made pizzas and cocktails in the kitchen. Also, we made several day trips out and about, but the house was a great point to access a lot of great places.

We had a wonderful family week at Little Edessa! The home was perfect for our family of 5 (teens and tween!) and was far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to main attractions to truly enjoy the area. Eric was a gracious and responsive host- we highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay! Pictures are very accurate Eric was easy to communicate with! We loved the fact that we were away from the crowd and could just relax at night with nobody around and just enjoy the quiet of the area! Walked the beach, met one of the neighbors, you felt like you were in your own neighborhood. Eric had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! No complaints at all!

The views are stunning, the home is eclectic, fun, so comfortable & roomy. Eric is very available & helpful...we would definitely stay here again!!

Most supplied kitchen we have ever rented. Spices, condiments cookware and dishes. Have your meal with a view of the tide coming and going. No unpleasant surprises. Everything was great!

This is a fabulous vacation rental for any group traveling together whether it's friends or family. My extended family had a wonderful time In this unit. we particularly liked sitting around the fire In the evening. It is very secluded but only about a 15 or 20 minute drive into Bar Harbor and Acadia.

The property was awesome. The four bedrooms accommodated our family of 5 adults very well. The decor was unique and showcased Eric and Gina’s international travels. The location was close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. The outdoor fire pit area with seating was relaxing with views of the bay.

We loved the eclectic furnishings. Rooms were large and were stocked. House and yard were private and the water view was beautiful. If you're looking for something outside of town and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Fun house with beautiful views! The house has everything you need, Eric is a fabulous host and nothing tops an afternoon sunset looking out at Frenchman’s Bay! We loved everything about this place!

Great house. Great view. It was perfect for 4 couples. The kitchen was stocked well. The firepit was great. Loved the seclusion while still being close to everything. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

The house is really wonderful. It's not so far out that it's hard to go pick up groceries, but just far enough to be really quiet. We really appreciated all the room in the house - there was space for everyone and we were never on top of each other. It had everything we needed and more. We picked up driftwood and enjoyed a fire and watched the moon rise every night. Wifi was great - never had an issue. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely eclectic property with very peaceful views. Reasonable distance from Acadia so that we still could get up early to beat the crowds. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things that we needed to prepare our own meals, and the place was clean and beds were comfortable. Our only hiccup was in the form of some incredibly hot days that made some evenings rather warm inside the unit that the cooling systems took a bit of time to overcome as we could not adjust. The hosts remedied once we reached out! Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Little Edessa. The house was clean and fully stocked. The yard was amazing. The kids loved playing on the play set while looking out over the ocean. The home is right next to Lamoine beach, so we felt like we had our own private park. You can drive into Acadia or park in Trenton and catch the Island Explorer bus. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great week in the Acadia area. We chose this property for many reasons: it's listed as ocean front, there's a sizable yard area with a playset for the children and a fire pit, and the house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We were not disappointed! Our granddaughters enjoyed the playset, the yard games, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and swimming and playing in the sand at Lamoine Beach, a 10 minute walk from the house. The adults enjoyed kayaking in the bay as well as the various wildlife seen in the bay, entertaining friends for dinner, sitting around the fire pit catching up, the quiet neighborhood, and sleeping well after a full day of activity. This property is a short drive to Ellsworth for shopping and eating out; slightly longer but manageable to Acadia National Park as well as Schoodic Peninsula. This was our first time staying here, and we will definitely check to see if it's available the next time we come to the area.

Private home with water access, grill and kayaks. 40 minutes to the park and 30 to Bar Harbor. Enjoyed our time in Maine with this home base!

What a beautiful hidden gem tucked away on Frenchman’s Bay in Lamoine close to Bar Harbor. Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home and the beautiful view of the bay. This house by far was stacked with all your staple items that you would need. Eric our host was on point with accessing the house and any questions that we had, which we really did need anything, everything was just perfect! If you are thinking of visiting this area you will not be disappointed in this VRBO home ! I hope to return here again someday ! Thanks to our Eric on this beautiful home away from home!

We visited this unique and wonderful home and property with our three college age kids. It was perfect for relaxation, playing games, cooking dinner and taking a break from busy days exploring.The hosts are genuinely interesting and caring people. The house is decorated beautifully with obvious love and talent. We received lots of great advice on things to do and places to eat as well.We stay in VRBO’s at least once a month and this is definitely top of our list! Highly recommend and hope that we can come back someday.

We had the most amazing week in this beautiful home. Everything was as described. Plenty of room, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. if you are looking for accommodations for a large family, privacy, and beautiful scenery this is your place. our host Eric and his wife have created a beautiful home away from home. My family and I left there with plans to return. We will definitely be booking this home in the future.

The view and the proximity to Acadia was what drew us to this property, and it did not disappoint! The ocean view was everything we could have hoped for and the house was super cute. The place has so much character and had all the amenities we needed. Would 100% stay again.

The property was everything we were looking for. My 2 brothers and sister and her husband and their wives were very comfortable and content with the house and location. So glad that we carved out time to spend a week together!!

This is my second time staying here this time with my side of the family. I grow more and more in love with Maine every time we visit and this property helps that immensly. The hosts are amazingly nice and have made the inside as beautiful as outside. It was a pleasure to be able to enjoy it so much again this year. Highly recommended for families that love the coastline.
