Oceanfront, Private Beach Access, Newly Updated, Perfect for Family Gatherings!

Communication was excellent, no intrusion whatsoever. The home is old but well maintained with some updates. Very clean and comfortable. Great beach access and a beautiful panaramic view of the ocean. All my family said they would be happy to return. Absolutely no negatives.

Very helpful host and comfortable stay. Great view and the downstairs bunk rooms worked great for the kiddos. Highly recommend!

Overall the house was great. The downsides were the basement tv did not work, the upstairs shower head is too high to reach(touching the ceiling), no exterior lights worked, basment shower has loose tiles, basement toilet flush handle detaches easily not great lighting in the living room.

Great house and location, quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. The house was filthy though and there was black mold in all of the windows. The shower curtain rod in the upstairs bathroom was broken and taped back together so it wouldn’t stay up. We found previous tenants’ trash in random places like a pair of old dried up contacts in one of the bathrooms. Some furniture was broken and there were no closets in the bedrooms. Other than that, though, working with the hosts was a breeze and the overall stay was very enjoyable. The house had absolutely anything you would need for a beach house - nice lounge chairs, beach toys, a long hose outside, a ton of dishes and kitchen appliances.

This place was a gem! Easy access to the beach. Tons of room and spaces to be in the house if needed. The upstairs rooms were beautiful and had great view. The bunkroom was fun for the kids.

Absolutely fantastic vacation! The location and access to the beach couldn't be better. Our family of 7, including 2 toddlers, had plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds on all 3 floors.Loved the wall of windows and rear deck with Adirondack chairs to watch beachcombers, kite fliers, shorebirds, the tide and sunsets.

Some of The electrical plugs in the north bedroom did not work. The mattress in middle bedroom was so broken down it could not be slept on. Some of the plastic glass wear was broken would not hold liquids. There were only a couple of teaspoons. No bath soaps in any of the bathrooms. Plenty of towels and dishes and pots and pans. The house is obviously old with creaking floors and doors. Not a great place for very young infants trying to sleep.

The house was more than big enough for our group. Loved that we were just steps off the beach. Enjoyed the daily visit by one specific seagull. Will look at this house again in the future for our yearly trips to the coast.

It was so great to be right on the beach! Plenty of room to spread out. The big windows looking right out to the ocean from the main floor living area were wonderful! We were super blessed with great weather so it was wonderful to be able to walk right out onto the beach or sit on the deck.

We absolutely loved this property! Fantastic views and easy, convenient access to the beach. The deck is amazing. The downstairs area provided a great space for our teenagers and the upstairs bedrooms for the adults are spacious and nicely furnished. I have nothing even remotely negative to say about this property.

This was a great house for our family. It's not fancy, so less stress with the little ones around. Cleanliness was good, not great. The wi fi was out when we arrived and we needed to have the host call Spectrum to get it working. There were a couple of other little things, but overall the location and ocean views made up for them.

Great location and access to beach. They didn’t stock the house to accommodate 14 people for 5 days. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish washing pods. Under the beds there was garbage (candy wrappers, toys, and an old dirty Sox). We ended up checking out a day early because I didn’t want to go buy more garbage bags and dish soap, I already had to restock toilet paper and paper towels. Don’t think I would stay there again

There were 9 of us staying in the house and we had plenty of room! Gorgeous house, gorgeous views! There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have there.

This was a beautiful comfy place. A perfect spot for our daughters intimate dream wedding ceremony on the beach!

Lots of comfortable beds. All with a beautiful view. We had issues with hot water. Someone came to check it out. I got into the shower at 7am to take a shower and 5 minutes in, it turned cold. The deck area and chairs were wonderful.

The house was perfect and very clean. It was exactly what I wished for!!! We will return!

Clean, well equipped with lots of towels. Easy access to the beach. Perfect for our family gathering
