Stayed Jun 21, 2026We had a very nice week at Emerald Ocean. The location is excellent, with direct beach access, great ocean views, and easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. The house worked well for our family, and we appreciated that it was stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool toys, games, and other items that made the stay easier.The owners were also responsive. The house was clean when we arrived, and overall it had what we needed for a comfortable beach vacation.The property could benefit from some updates and renovation, especially on the exterior. Some areas feel worn and would benefit from refreshment. That said, the location, amenities, and responsiveness of the owners made it a very good stay overall.

Stayed Sep 8, 2025The location was perfect for a quiet beach side getaway. Unfortunately, the weather was awful and stormed our entire stay so we didn't get a chance to try out the beach or pool. The views are fantastic and the house is on a dead end Street with no through traffic.

The neighborhood is very quiet and shopping is close by. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family

Stayed Jul 14, 2024This house has everything you will need. The owner has done an excellent job at covering all the basis. No matter the age of your children, you won't be disappointed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything item you will need. The walk from the house to the beach is effortless and convenient. This week has been perfect for a family vacation.

Stayed May 2, 2024The house is very clean and well maintained. The host (Sharon) is extremely accessible and accommodating. Lots of stairs but the chair lifts are great. Beautiful view with private beach access. My family and I were very comfortable in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing imaginable. You don’t need to bring anything with you. You can plan on cooking a large meal and not worry if they have enough pans and/or utensils. If I think hard to find one issue, it would be the linens, which Sharon really has little control over. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. The sheets and pillow cases were clean but some were dingy and stained. I let Sharon know and she immediately said that she would have more delivered which I declined because they were clean. Only one bath towel per person so you may want to bring extras. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this house. You will not be disappointed!
