Oceanfront Pet Friendly, 4BR 3.5 BA luggage/baggage lift spectacular views

Everything was amazing. Our only feedback is if you are bringing a four legged family member be aware that there are briars. Each time we took the dog out he got them in between his toes until we got him socks to protect his feet. BUT other than that the home is perfect!

Our view of the beach was great and the walk to the beach was short. The kitchen was very well equipped . Good sitting space for sitting out on the deck when not on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House! The house and the views are beautiful!! You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from the decks! There are wonderful ocean views from the living room and kitchen! The house was spacious with many amenities! The kitchen has everything you need and more! I loved how the dishes all have a beach theme! It’s only a small walk to the beach and has a nice outside shower to wash off after a day on the beach! There were beach chairs and boogie boards to use if you needed them. We definitely recommend the beach house for a fantastic vacation!!

What a location!! A lot of properties advertise “steps from the beach” but it’s so true here! Wonderful views from every Oceanside window, comfortable accommodations, and rapid communication with the owner. What more could you want? We would love to rent here again! We even saw loads of dolphins!!

This is our second year staying here and we just love it! Everything was fantastic as always!

We enjoyed our week at the Beach House. The house is well furnished and super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and we easily prepared several meals. We especially enjoyed the ocean views from the deck.

We stayed for a few days in April for our kids' spring break. We live near another busy NC beach area so we know how crazy and congested things get in season. With the campgrounds and KOA nearby I imagine this will be much busier in summer. Location is amazing! How can you not love sitting on the deck having coffee, while watching the sunrise or dolphins swimming by? It's in a good halfway spot on the OBX if you don't mind driving in either direction to go see more sights. Beds were comfortable, showers hot (and showerheads were tall enough for me and my husband), and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and necessities. When I first booked it had hot tub in the title. It now says luggage/baggage lift and there is no hot tub. I'm not sure if that was originally referencing the jacuzzi tub in the downstairs master or what. Not a deal breaker, because the luggage lift/elevator is really nice to have. If you bring a pet make sure you potty them in the fenced dog run area. If they go in the grassy areas of the yard they will end up with sandspurs in their paws. Beyond that our dog loved her time at the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! The furniture and beds are very comfortable, lots of space inside the house as well as outside with 2 levels of decking and seating. Loved watching the sunrise from the front of the house each morning and the sunset from the back each day!! Frank is a great host; he responds very quickly to questions and leaves a great itinerary of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Beach House again!

Excellent location on the beach. It was great to walk out to the beach for as little or as much beach time as you wanted. House was clean and recently updated. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had our very first Outer Banks experience and couldn't be happier with The Beach House! It was lovely and the beach access was so convenient. The house had everything we needed and the views from the upper deck is priceless!

Everything about our stay at the Beach House was perfect from the big views to the little things like decorations and a well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this house.

The Beach House is a true ocean front with many windows that we felt we were sitting in a big yacht with double deck to stand there for our afternoon cocktail. We had a wonderful staying. Furnitures and beds were very comfortable! My favorite part of the house was the outdoor shower. We highly recommend this house.

This was our 3rd VRBO vacation. We really liked this house. From the lower level you’re about 100 yards from the water. The camp ground on either side were not an issue. There were people on the beach but it was never over crowded. There are a few places to eat around, they are smaller places. There are a few “general store “ type grocery store within 5-10 min. You wouldn’t have to go to nags head or Avon to an actual grocery store if you didn’t want to. This house may have spoiled us with how close to beach it is.

My husband, son, dog & myself had a wonderful vacation in The Beach House. There were a few very minor things w/ the house that should be addressed, but it in no way took away from our fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. We would definately book this house again. Very close to the beach. Amazing views of ocean.
