We had a great stay here at Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed including a handicap accessible bathroom and bedroom for my mom and separate area for my immediate family. We definitely recommend this house for a stay at the beach!

A beautiful house, that lived up to its pictures. We really enjoyed staying there. The beach was beautiful. Over all it was a very peaceful stay.

Pros: -Clean! Bathrooms are super clean.-Beds are comfortable. -The owners are great and assisted us with something we needed help with the second day of our trip. Very accommodating and kind. -It’s right there on the beach. It’s not near a public entrance, so you’re only near your neighbors. So nice and private. Cons: -The kitchen needs an inventory check. It was missing key items like mixing bowls, muffin tin, and a pair of scissors. Also, small spoons are needed. I wanted to make queso for a snack, but there was no crockpot. I ran to target and bought one, also bought a hand mixer because I couldn’t find that either. It’s definitely doable as it is, but if your family cooks every night and makes a range of things, it’s not the best. -The living area rug and two swivel rockers need a good steam cleaning. The padding on the outdoor loungers also needs a good cleaning. They were not fit for use because of some green mildewy gunk on them. -There are no blinds or curtains of any kind on the windows facing the beach from living/kitchen, so you have to be mindful of the turtles past sundown.-The WiFi is VERY spotty. -The rinsing off from the beach situation is not ideal. You either do it in the grassy yard, but then walk through the yard that’s still sorta sandy, or you do it on the deck, which is slippery and there’s no rugs by the doors.It’s a good house, but for the price we paid with the aforementioned is why it’s 4 stars.

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location! We are a multi generational group of 8 and this home was perfect for us. The main living area gave us plenty of room to be together and an extra family/game room upstairs allowed us to separate into smaller groups when needed. The house is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We will be back!

This place was perfect for our family, with a separate area for adult kids (or teens) to hang out, a beautiful master suite and a small yard for the dog. It’s on a busy highway but the dog couldn’t get to the front of the house. The beach was virtually ours! We were only a short drive to lovely st Augustine. All in all, everyone had a great trip, and thanks so much for allowing us to stay.

One odd thing about this property. A beautiful, huge home that sleeps 9-10...but it has a tiny 4-person table! Yes it has an island with 4 chairs...but no single table for those 9-10 people to sit at! It was just my husband and I but even we had to squuze our dinner plates and bowls onto thus table!

We Loved this Property. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. It was too cold to be outside and we were grateful for the Large Glass Sliding Doors which gave us an Awesome View of the Ocean, Pelicans and different water birds. House was very Clean and stocked with everything you might need. An Unusual Cold Front came in which dumped snow and ice in the lower states and Florida Beaches. It was not safe to leave the day we had planned, and the House Owners let us stay and extra night. We were so appreciative to them. We would definitely recommend this House and would rent it again.

Our family went for a long rest and relaxation weekend. The house itself is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and we had lots of room to just be together without feeling cramped. We had an eleven month old with us and there was plenty of room for him to crawl and play. The ocean views are amazing! We actually saw dolphins playing in the ocean one morning! How cool is that!! Communication with host was great! This house offers everything you could possibly want in a beautiful beach house. Highly recommend!.

the reasons for this stay in FL was anything but a vacation. Several siblings and I were traveling to pay last respects to a niece who faced a terminal cancer diagnosis with more grace and dignity than I’ve ever witnessed. We needed a welcoming and relaxing place to rest our heads and share stories, and Casa del Sol couldn’t have been more perfect. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, and this New Englander took full advantage of the proximity to the beach. I highly recommend this property and would book again in a heartbeat!!

We had a wonderful four days at this property. Location directly on the beach and out of crowds from public beach access. Would recommend renting and hope to return!

We loved this house - it was perfect for us with an area for adults downstairs and one for the kids upstairs. The ocean was right outside your back door and the relaxing sound of the waves to put you to sleep. I would recommend this house to everyone.
