Walking to the beach, quite nights, watching the sunset and storms.

This is a nice house right on the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely come again.

Fabulous view! Kitchen and grill very workable.We took most recycling. is there recycling in seaside at the house? WiFi weak. Very weak downstairs.

The only critique I hzve is that the upper bathroom shower tub needs a non-slip mat in the tub & a soap tray in the corner.

There needs to be a light on the door with the lock that needs a code. Also lights need to be if entering house after dark. Stairs are very hard to navigate with luggage.

It's a 100 yard walk to the beach through dunes. Just a block or two away from the promenade. There is plenty of space and a large closet that would be great for a play pen. There are no black out curtains in the rooms, the tub drained slowly. It's an old house that hasn't been updated much but not terrible. Great price for a great view and access to the beach. We had a lovely trip.

Amazing view and great location!

The property is as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean and the property slept the advertised amount of people in real beds. No folding couches of futons which was a plus for my family. What you need to know: This property is one of the most unique houses I have ever been in. Due to the shape of the house, some of the rooms are unusually shaped as well. For example, the kitchen is more of a triangle with one ‘point’ being an external door and a tiny space for the washer and dryer. Similarly, the bedrooms are shaped strangle too. However, the bedrooms are easy navigate and are a nice size. Downstairs, the room with the queen bed and twin bed has an accordion retractable wall. This means privacy, but no real sound dampening. If someone was watching tv in that room, the rest of downstairs will likely hear it. In addition, the steps to get to the ground level, are a spiral. Sounds fun at first, until you are actually using them. They are steep and narrow. Some of our group just used the external door at ground level instead of the internal spiral staircase. This was find during the summer, probably won’t be in the rainy season. The floors were not clean. Our socks turned black after only a few minutes walking around. I have rented several places at the beach and know sand is usually on the floor. This was much more than beach sand! It was dirt and hair and miscellaneous other debris including burrs from outside that felt like needles stabbing our feet when we accidentally stepped on them.

Breathtaking view of ocean, probably 300 yard walk to the water. We all loved the quirky house and the amazing views. Watch babies around the stairs!

Would rather not make my comments public as the only redeeming parts of our stay were the beds, the view and the octagon ceiling. Do better Vacasa.

We loved this home! We had 5 adults and one toddler. Having 4 bedrooms worked out well! We had pretty much all that we needed and enjoyed it’s unique style. You can’t beat the location - it’s a few minutes walk on the path through the sand dunes to the never ending beach! Relaxing on the deck was a daily pastime as was enjoying the amazing sunsets! We hope to be back some day!

Absolutely stunning views and locale. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not use the downstairs as it had a creepy vibe. But overactive imaginations aside, a nice sized house with views that make up for any ghosts or older furnishings.

Beautiful ocean front home with amazing view. The only thing is that the pictures did not show the stairs. It is important for older people or people with handicaps to know what the stairs look.

Wonderful views and easy access to the beach. We had some issues which we shared with the rental agency. I'm sure they will be addressed.
